Friendly staff.

Homewood Suites it very good place to stay for vacation or staying close by family and friends in Somerset. Place very clean and friendly staff the room very big for a suite they include some item for the kitchen and other you would have to buy but if I am visiting again this where I would stay I had a great birthday trip stay at homewood suites.

The hotel was nice. The breakfast was perfect.

Hotel cancelled our booking and didnt advise. The manager still has not reached out to me

Ashley at the front desk was very welcoming, helpful and considerate. The facility itself looks nice, I think they must have had a relatively recent updating because you can see some wear and tear here and there but it looks newer at the same time. There was like a vent to the AC outside that was like hanging off the wall and rusty, I thought they were working on it but it didnt change in the 2 days I was there so i guess not, it was odd but not a hinderance just cosmetically odd. The pool is indoor, decent sized and has a jacuzzi in the same area but separate. The basketball court is nice, has lights that you can turn on if needed, has a net so if you miss (which i do ... a lot) the ball doesnt run that far away, the court floor needs a little work but generally worked fine. My room (320) had a really annoying refrigerator, very loud from time to time which was only a concern when I was in the living room which was not often, besides that my room was nice and accomplished all that I needed, the kitchen is nice but NO oven which was unfortunate I was hoping it would have one. The TV in my room didnt work but I wasnt going to use it anyway. They gym is very small, but ok for cardio on treadmill and peleton, also for DB weights on bench thats about it. Breakfast was a great size and options, much better than a hotel I stayed at over last weekend. Last note, something was wrong with the Grill knobs I couldnt turn the one burner off had to tell staff. Overall I would recommend.

Theywent above and beyond to meet my needs and exceeded my expectations with the accommodations! Friendly staff, nice suites,good breakfast, and great location for shopping and dining near the venue I was attending.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed our stay and will plan to stay here again in the future.

It felt like home, kitchen, living room, bathroom and the bathroom was very contemporary. Guess the only thing that was confusing was the thermostat:) But could live with that.

This was Fourth of July weekend, so the hotel was full and the amenities were busy. That’s not the hotel’s fault, but some guests were inconsiderate. Children were splashing and playing in a hot tub full of adults, and one group treated the community grills like their private cookout instead of sharing them. The room was smaller than the photos online suggested and felt cramped for our family of four. The property could use some updates, and there were stains on a lamp and an armchair that made us avoid using it. Thankfully, the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good too. After the holiday crowds left, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub much more. One suggestion: the hotel should post signage reminding guests to keep intimate behavior in their rooms. On our second night, a couple’s suggestive behavior in both the pool and hot tub made us leave early because it wasn’t appropriate for families with young children. Also, the “pool towels” are tiny—closer to hand towels than actual pool towels. Overall, despite needing updates, the excellent staff and clean bathroom made this a much better experience than our previous hotel.

It was nice and quite. I didnt like was the free breakfast...should of had more of a choice for the price of room.

I like that it was a very good location and it was quiet. At breakfast time it was a variety of choices to choose from the breakfast bar.

My kids liked the pool when it was open 2 days the hot tub was closed. Our room AWEFUL. The bed skirting had stains & spills all over it white stuff that looks like human body fluid. The tub had rust in it There was poop splatters all over the bathroom walls, the air conditioner had mold in it. The sink had bugs crowing out of it. The bed was a hard as rock. We stayed the night the first because we checked in so late but actually needed up staying somewhere else the other days and just using the pool & breakfast because they wouldn’t give us a refund and changing rooms wasn’t a option. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy honestly

The room was super clean.

The room was perfect as was the hot tub after days of driving. Breakfast items all included pork which we don't eat. You should have made a separate scrambled egg dish and not one with ham.

Saving to my favorites and making this our hotel spot , amazing experience couldn’t have enjoyed it more
