We were charged for one night and the hotel finally waived the remaining three nights after two calls from Expedia.

The location was perfect The WiFi was HORRIBLE NO RECEPTION AT ALL!!!In and out reception, phone IPad buffering the entire stay, even the hotel tv kept freezing. PLEASE SONESTA INVEST IN SOME DECENT WiFi! 3 days, it was ANNOYING!!!
