Additionally, there was a dishwasher in the room that had dishes in it, and when I took a dish out there were little spots of mold.

Rooms are spacious and have all necessary items stacked up. Only down side is daily house keeping is not provided instead only weekly and I guess that is their concept. You can get replacements for Lenin and toiletry items at the counter. They ask you to carry dirty Lenin down stairs and trash dumpsters are provided right outside the property for convenient disposal. Overall it’s a great place!

The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and the staff we encountered were very friendly.

Despite staying for three nights, there was no room service or housekeeping provided. The bathroom and kitchen amenities were very basic and of poor quality. Overall, this property is nowhere near the standard of a 4-star hotel, not even close to a 2-star experience. I would not recommend staying here.

A recommendation is start with getting a better cleaning staff , seems to be very lazy and not doing the job. The place is a very nice place because it’s new but if staff doesn’t cooperate with the job duties it will be run down very quickly. I’m not gonna go into details about my experience but first impressions are everything, with that being said start with Staff. And it would be nice to always have someone at the front desk at all times they are never there!!!

No breakfast. No pool. No problem. Brand new hotel friendly helpful front desk nice comfortable rooms…quiet. Well equipped Gym. At least by moderately priced hotel standards. well done.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the only downside was the cleanliness. There was hair on the toilet and the floors were not properly vacuumed/mopped.
