Great property with an amazing, spacious room. The A/C was AMAZING! My only complaint is that the cleanliness could have been much better. There was trash under the couch, leftovers from a previous guest in the refrigerator, and the hallway leading to the room needed to be vacuumed. Aside from that, everything was great! Will definitely stay again.

The website said you could pay upon arrival, once I arrived I wanted to pay in cash I was told CASH wasn't an option they are a CASHLESS HOTEL, usually there are options to do either, I was visiting family drove several hours to get there extremely tired, hungry, etc..the initial person suggested going to Walmart, Target, Walgreens to purchase a card from the stores mentioned and load the money onto it and then they would be able to assist me, I did just that and returned with them but a different employee was now working so I had to explain to her what the previous person had suggested I swiped the card and to my surprise they weren't working even though they are automatically activated with purchase, but that wasn't the issue, the current employee had to call her Manager and explain how I was trying to pay after the previous employee made the suggestion, manager says they're system doesn't recognize my payment which was a American Express Gift card which I felt was a better selection just because of the name, and she also mentioned something about a tip not being pulled from the gift cards, I didn't understand that part at all, not to mention a severe thunderstorm was approaching...turns out the gift cards weren't returnable and I didn't have a place stay for the holiday weekend, I just felt all the steps that could've been taken, were not in my case, things should be much clearer on the site making CASHLESS CLEAR.

First I am going to say that there was false advertisement of free wifi, I had to pay $1 a day, the room I was checked into still had trash from the previous occupant, the closet was not clean, the sofa in the room was disgusting, the room was just cleaned in a bare minimum way. The front desk kept talking about them being short staffed. Overall, it's a fair experience , book at your own discretion

The coffee maker doesn’t work in my room. Staff were not helpful enough as their body language say it for themselves. The staff’s are not fit for the hospitality industry. There’s was no toilet brush in both the bathrooms of both rooms I had booked.

I already gave my review on google. It’s a new hotel so I am being graceful that they are still putting things together. Pro is the location and size of room. Con…extremely rude manager Victoria. Lost power in my room and she was being rude telling me there is nothing she can do. Very tiny size toiletries in bathroom. No breakfast on location except for market. Hardwood floors were a complete turn offs. I will definitely not patronize this chain ever again.

Although this is a relatively new hotel, it already felt run-down and poorly maintained. The floors in our room had not been swept, the refrigerator was dirty, and there was hair left in the shower. The elevator was also dirty and painfully slow. The biggest issue was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in our room. We notified the front desk immediately after checking in, but nothing was done to address the problem. Thankfully, we have family in the area, so we were able to spend most of our time at their house, shower there, and only returned to the hotel to sleep. Had that not been an option, our stay would have been much worse. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for a newer hotel. We will never stay at EVER Home Suites again, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay.

Great place!

Upon check in the front desk associate was rude and dismissive. Got to our room and found it was not cleaned properly. Fridge had stains and spillage, shower was dirty, tv was dirty, under the bed was filthy, even the headboard had weird streaks and what appeared to be body prints…I politely requested a room change or something to be done (like cleaning) and the associate simply said “there’s nothing i can do about that.” Other associates were more helpful but her rudeness stood out.

I was at the hotel for my son’s soccer tournament and we were very pleased with the property. Clean, quiet, comfortable. The only thing I missed was an ice machine, specially since we were in and out of soccer games it’d have been very useful.

Considering this is new it not bad However the refrigerator was dirty hair all in it ugh...

Room cleanness needs improvement, noticed dirt and unidentified things on bed, towels. No basic supplies like hair conditioners and body wash only soap.

It was reasonable for the price but I would not stay here if you’re looking for a typical hotel quality temporary stay.

The room was beautiful will be staying again soon!

New or newly renovated. Clean. Free morning coffee. Plenty of parking.

Everything was very good. Pet friendly

The hotel is well kept. Bed was comfy, kitchen with full size refrigerator were a nice touch! Wifi situation was a little bit of a headache but otherwise it was a great place to stay!

Great set-up in the room. Please note that the couch is not a pull out bed.

The room and grounds appear clean. The room is pet friendly and upon entering the room there was dog poop under one of the beds. The cracks of the couch and chair had food crumbs and that tells me they aren’t very extensive with the cleaning. Although it had a “full sized” kitchen, the stove wan not functional and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Power surges caused the breaker to have to be reset multiple times in a three day period. The floors and especially the hand rails of the stairwells were extremely dirty. There were visible finger prints on the windows in the room and throughout the building that were not cleaned off through out our stay. The elevator had finger prints and hand prints that were not once cleaned off during a three day stay. Not nearly enough towels, no soap at all in the room. And there was very little information on anything about the hotel or stay in the room. We could hear the people above our room walking loudly at all times. For as nice as this place seems I was disappointed that the little details are overlooked
