Everhome Suites Somerset - South Brunswick by Choice Hotels

I had to stay for a business trip there for 4 days and there was a staff member playing jokes on people calling them through the night. I ended up leaving the third day and going somewhere else. And why can’t people get more towels at these places? Are they really sharing towels???

Clean comfortable and welcoming

Room reasonably clean, floor was dirty, no shower curtain, but a person from housekeeping came to install one. We did not have enough towels and asked the same housekeeper if she could bring a set, she said yes, but never brought any. In the morning we called the front desk and asked for a set of towels, we were told to come down to the desk and get thenm, later we saw the desk manager bringing towels to another guest room. Dishes were in the dishwasher.

We arrived and were checked in by a very friendly front desk attendant. The property was nice, clean and modern.

My room was not clean. A empty bottle water was in bathroom floor. And linens weren't up to part.

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean quiet staff was great area where it was located was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

The reception is the first impression guests have of a hotel, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standard I expected. I hope management can address this issue and provide additional training to ensure guests are treated with respect and professionalism in the future.

some type of compensation for our extremely unacceptable accommodations, and she agreed to comp us for one night. We would have transferred to another room or hotel, but my husband is a double amputee above the knee and confined to a wheelchair and it’s extremely difficult to find rooms to accommodate him.

Rooms were nice and clean

I wouldn’t be coming back here. The person next to our room was smoking and we could smell it through the connected room. The staff did not move us to a new room although we had complained about the smell. The property is clean but towels and customer service are lacking. You can also hear noises from the people walking upstairs, in the hallway, etc. The ice making machine inside our fridge doesn’t work. The front desk person sits in the back and never is there. This is a weird place where when you need help, you ring the bell. I will remember this place and to not come here.

The Staff

The place is managed by robots. I mean the staff is the most rude, curt, unaccommodating that you can ever find.

I really like the fact that it was just build a year ago so everything was new.
