The staff was friendly and very helpful throughout the check-in process. The hotel is in a great location, with a gas station and a plaza just a couple of minutes away, which was very convenient. The room was clean and looked just like the pictures on the website. There was also plenty of parking available, which was a big plus. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

This is a motel experience at a high rate. You want to pay extra to name brand and have a quality stay experience even if it’s a distant location. My room had no curtains so morning sunshine literally hits my eyesight from roof window. Bathroom door had mold and exhaust fan was not working. Couch you can sink in.

This hotel needs a serious upgrade! Best thing bout this property is that it’s across from a great restaurant

I informed the front desk receptionist that I have severe asthma and needed a non-smoking room. She assured me that all rooms are designated as non-smoking, but also stated that if guests choose to smoke in their rooms, there is nothing the hotel can do about it. Unfortunately, the condition of the property was unacceptable. The hotel was dirty, there were exposed electrical wires, the air conditioning was not functioning, and sections of the walls were left partially unpainted. Even budget extended-stay hotels like WoodSpring Suites are in far better condition than this property. We decided not to stay and immediately requested a refund. The staff informed us that they could not issue one because we booked through a third-party website. I then asked for written documentation confirming that we had vacated the premises without staying, but the receptionist refused to provide anything. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially individuals with asthma or other respiratory conditions.

Dirty bed sheets with blood stain on them. won’t give extra towels, no room service for the entire stay. Dirty carpets in hallway and rooms. Save yourself the trouble and do not book with them.

Sky lights The linen were clean and good It appeared rundown I think my room was partially renovated but the bathroom tub fixer was leaking and very poorly maintained was leaking etc carpet was too old

Property staff was always attentive and/or cleaning! Carpet in the main walkways are torn and there is no elevator. I didn't get any breakfast. Other than that, space in the split level room with large area for office/work, 2 queen beds upstairs, small kitchenette, fridge, microwave and 1.5 bedrooms was ample! Also the location near highway, grocery and restaurant worked for me.

The bi level loft style suits were a pleasant surprise Location

El olor a humo de cigarro en todo la habitación desde la entrada al lobby el olor a cigarro no se aguantaba todo muy bien pero el olor en la habitación y en todas las instalaciones no se aguantaba solo no tenía otra opción pero lo demás todo bien solo eso deberían no permitir fumar dentro de las habitaciones

Although the room was somewhat clean and spacious, the pillowcases were dirty walls, look like a childhood scribbled all over them. Was quite noisy due to the alarms on the doors.

The location is just perfect. Very quiet but also easy to get to places. I would definitely visit again.

Stayed one night. Loft setup was really cool, bed upstairs. Clean, comfy, no issues. Would stay again.

Check-in and checkout process was easy. The location is in a quiet and convenient location. Far enough from the city noise to feel relaxing but close enough to easily access the city when needed.
