Parking lot... Not clean

Rooms were disgusting still haven’t gotten my refund

Love the loft experience of rooms upstairs & and staff was really kind. Hotel does needs deep cleaning on carpet & updating of central air in hallways. Rooms individual climate AC was perfect. Overall was ok.

Nothing It was disgusting. Extremely dirty. Found broken glass and copper wires in the room. Pizza in the couch..We left and found a normal hotel.

Rooms are dirty .. Couches have stains on them .. staff was no help

Missing trim. And we supposedly had the presidential sweat.

Room smelled bad, the shower didn't drain, bedsheets and towels were dirty. Old and dirty carpets and sofa. Various stains.

It was nice stay

First issue... I had to yell to get attention from back room when I walked in both times. Run by young Indian guy. They were supposed to pre-auth only $50. They did $57.50. Told he never saw that before and it would all be released right after checkout. 5 days later, still not released. Price for the room should have been adjusted through Expedia... my receipt is for less than what I was charged Wasn't fixed. Trying to scam extra money. This room was absolutely 100% misrepresented by photos online. Cat pee and pot smell through the motel. ROOM: It doesn't say all of the beds on a second floor... meaning stairs in the "room." Being disabled, I have to sleep on the couch. THERE'S NO COUCH like the pics, only two CHAIRS. The photos show a TV in the living room. Nope. There's no microwave in the suite. Half bath on the first floor had a clogged sink. The "bedroom" doesn't have a door or tv. The closet in that room doesn't have any bar to hang, shelves to set, or a door. The skylights cannot be covered. The mirror in the king bed area wouldn't shut off. The light stayed on all night. That beautiful bathroom you see in the representation photos of this specific room. 😂 Trashy broken curtain and paint peeling all over. Heat monitor stayed at 54° (on AC) all night long. It was FREEZING (in middle of winter). Even more wrong. Watch video. Luckily, we only had the kids there only one night due to emergency weather. WORST accommodation we had start to finish. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Yes there was easy access to anything you may need or desire.

The front desk person was

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I was initially given a room that strongly smelled of cigarette smoke. After requesting a different room, the second room smelled even worse. Due to the overwhelming odor, I was unable to stay and had to leave the hotel entirely. This made it impossible for me to complete my stay as planned.

The room 215 was dirty

We moved to another hotel the same night we checked in, although we paid two nights, it is a big lesson learn: run away from this terrible hotel!

The rooms were not clean poor service

The bed was clean The sign out front is different than the picture on the booking website. There’s no furniture in the lobby like the picture shows. There is a “breakfast room” on the website but only an empty room when you are actually there. The “Presidential Suite” was a joke…there was one tv and it was in the king bedroom at the top of the stairs. There was no door to separate the “bedrooms”. There was peeling paint on the back of the upstairs bathroom door and trim. The air conditioner in the bedroom had an issue and the carpet below it was wet, not damp…wet! When using the half bath on the first floor, turning on the light/fan gave the bathroom a smell of cigarette smoke…just what a non-smoker with kids wants to smell! Also peeling wallpaper in many locations and stains on walls. When I informed the staff of these issues, nothing was done, not even offered a different room! During the night on our final night, my husband killed a cockroach in the upstairs bathroom! Talked to management at the end of our stay and they knew I wasn’t happy about the stay. After a run around for some compensation, I was offered a 15% refund…I do not think that is enough so I will leave this review and also be contacting the health department about the paint, possible mold due to the air conditioner, and the cockroach.

This was a privately owned hotel which the rooms smelt clean. Personally they did not feel clean to me. Also they have a $50 pet fee per night as a heads up.

No sofa, no place to sit , shower didn’t work

No lock on my door, someone left a sticky substance on my door handle. No microwave in room, no ice machine, everything where was dirty
