This is a clean and cozy place. Check in was simple and the room was clean and fresh smelling. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Beautiful property in a great location.

The Inn is lovely, as are the grounds. We arrived about 5:30PM and there was no one at all from the staff. We knew our instructions would be left outside (an easy way for thieves to enter), but that went fine. There was supposedly a full liquor license for the premises, but no bar and no one to ask. The hair dryer didn’t work, and no one to help. The breakfast is only for one hour from 8-9; too late for those going to the lake or sightseeing, but too early for those sleeping late.

One of the nicest and cleanest B&Bs we have ever stayed in and the location is perfect. Lynn and Matt are fantastic hosts. You have to try this place.

Tea was available throughout the day but coffee wasn't. No fruits (apples, bananas) were put out as others have.

The perfect home away from home in Bridgton! Will definitely return—quiet, convenient, and comfortable!

Our room was very small with two double beds each side of the door meaning no room for a nightstand next to the bed. No access to a fridge or microwave anywhere in the hotel. Large signs warn that you cannot consume your own alcohol on the premises because the hotel has a liquor license but there was no one on the premises to serve liquor to us. In fact we saw no staff on the premises from check in to check out. There must have been someone to serve breakfast but if you need flexibility for breakfast don’t stay here - it is only served between 8 am and 9am and we couldn’t partake. There was a kettle to make tea in the common room but no coffee. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Since there is no one at the hotel you get access through an automated lock with a code. There were some people in front of us trying to get in when we returned in the evening who had set off the lock alarm so we were worried we wouldn’t be able to get back in, though it cleared itself after a couple of minutes. Check out time was posted as 10am when we arrived at the hotel, though Hotels.Com listed it as 11am when we booked from there. We were granted a late check out when we called a few days ahead which seemed to be a stress point for them There is so much more they could do to make this a great B&B but we won’t be coming back.

Owners were wonderful people, food was great and slept like a baby

The property was lovely. The location is on a side street across from the water. It is a close drive to downtown shops and restaurants. Lynn was very personable. Great place to have a wedding reception. There was a scent in the room that I was sensitive to (maybe a rug cleaner?) It made me sneeze.

The rooms were fine. Nice bedroom, living room area and bath. And window air-conditioners were provided and helped keep the rooms cool. The biggest problem with this facility is the very long walk from parking to the house carrying your luggage; the inconvenience of having to walk halfway around the house to the doorway that is used once the owners leave; and no help carrying luggage up or down the stairs. Had I known, I'm 78 years old, I may have tried to find a location that offered to help and/or asked to be on the first floor, rather than the top floor.
