The Inn was comfortable and very welcoming, including a text before we arrived with the information needed for entry, our room and then even homemade cookies for when we checked in that afternoon. The breakfast included a wide selection of delicious home baked goods, along with nutritions items and homemade eggs. It was evident that Liz and Doug take pride in serving the best and taking care of all your needs. We felt like family at breakfast - sharing info about ourselves, family, travel experiences, even recipes. Thanks so much for making our trip so comfortable. We can’t wait to come back again!

There was a good deal of mariner history in the house. The breakfast room was inviting and the food was delicious.

The location is perfect for visiting Newport, close enough to get there easily, but far away from the busy streets and tourist attractions. And the town of Bristol is an attraction in itself! It’s a beautiful place with tons of historical homes and big trees that are beautifully preserved. It’s also very very quiet. There are many interesting places worth visiting within walking distance and several good restaurants within a short driving distance. The rooms and bathrooms are beautifully appointed and super comfortable. The backyard is also beautiful and comfortable to spend time relaxing by a pretty fountain with goldfish. The kitchen has everything you need to have a nice cup of coffee or tea, and a snack. It has a refrigerator dedicated for guests to store their own food and beverages. But it was the DELICIOUS breakfast selections and the friendly hospitality of the owners that really made it a memorable experience. The lighting at night was the ONLY thing that could be improved upon. I prefer warmer colored lighting over the cooler led bulbs that they have in the rooms and outside the front door. They just don’t match the otherwise traditional aesthetic of the house.

Excellent B&B easy parking Elizabeth and Doug are fantastic hosts. Fabulous breakfast. All baked goods homemade and delicious the tomato and basil egg bites were delicious. I would love the recipe. Elizabeth suggestion of the cove in Fall River was spot on

We had a truly wonderful stay. The hosts are some of the nicest people you will ever meet - welcoming you each morning with an utterly incredible breakfast of fresh baked breads, pastries, yogurt, granola and hot options too! Truly one of our favorite stays ever.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were good and plenty. Small shower but was not a problem.

Such a cute B&B. We were welcomed with delicious cookies. We stayed in the Harbor Room. Bed was comfortable. We met the owners Elizabeth & Doug at breakfast which was delicious. They were very welcoming. I loved the Apple with everything bread, wish I could get the recipe (lol). Conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, shops, & the water. Will definitely stay there again when we visit the area again.

Our Inkeepers Liz and Doug are charming and talented. Breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious. This is an historic property, but nonetheless very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. And Bristol is so picturesque and historically evocative. We will definitely return…
