Outstanding choice for anyone desiring five star accommodations. The onsite restaurant is excellent and the rooftop bar with its mountain views complete the total package.

Room was beautiful, clean and spacious. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Would highly reccomend and will be staying there again next time in in bristol.

Restaurant was very good and the bartender was great. Facilities were immaculate and the staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Plus,getting free admission to the museum next-door was a real plus.

Its super clean, updated, roomy, comfortable beds, and did I mention clean. All modern conveniences with comfortable charm. Easy access to many places, food, state street. The restaurant at the hotel has great food and again the staff, just super nice, welcoming and professional at same time. I highly highly recommend, you will be so happy you did.

Excellent stay! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The beds are comfy and the showers are hot! This is my choice for returning to my home town for visits.

Our bathroom door kept locking from the outside so we couldn't get in to use it. I had to urinate in the Gatorade bottle twice during the overnight. The maintenance staff was not able to gain us access to it either. I had to actually pick the lock in order to get into it twice during the overnight. I asked for a rebate and I was told I wouldn't be able to get one because I booked it through Expedia

A beautiful hotel in a great location near the state sign next door to the Country Music museum. Our room keys gave us free access to the museum too which was a great surprise. A lovely roof terrace bar with friendly staff and great food.
