I booked this hotel four days July 22 thru July 26. I booked a non-smoking room. On check in the room reeked of smoke. I complained and mgt said they can't control who smokes outside and then uses the room, but they gave a second room. The second non-smoking room reeked of smoke. On both ends of the building the rooms are rented to locals that appear to live there long term. These groups smoke and I assume then use the rooms. I complained again and the mgt offered to move me again to another non-smoking room. I declined and stated I wanted to cancel the reservation, pay for the one night and refund the remaining 3 days. The whole area reeks of smoke. Doors on the icemaker area with broken out glass, trash around the parking lot and just generally poorly maintained. I contacted Expedia and explained the issue and Expedia told me to checkout and they would get the refund. I checked out morning of 7/23 and the mgr/owner stated he would issue refund to Expedia. Now Expedia informs me that they cannot get the refund. I will never stay in an Econo Lodge, when people think they can keep my money after saying it would be refunded, that is just not acceptable.

The motel is easy to find, easy access to my meeting location, walking distance to a lovely ma & pa Italian restaurant on one side and doughnut shop on the other, super easy access to interstate. Some folks might not like an older refurbished motel, but it appeared to be well maintained. I didn't find its age to be a negative issue.

Did not get my Deposit back had stayed there for a while. Spent a lot of money room was very nasty floor was so nasty. I cleaned it five or six times before it was even a little bit cleaner than it was. It’s dark bad service.

Comfortable room, close to the highway, and restaurants near by. The television did not work properly and every time a commercial came on the volume rose to 90%

Easy to find from interstate and ground floor. The shower was good. Had a lot of water pressure and a bath mat in the tub Security deposit but a lot of broken things in the room. Broken commode tank lid broken remote for tv and sink was cracked all the way across it The beds were hard as a rock

Our stay was good till our TV we found out wasn't working.. I went too the office and the lady said she has to call someone and we waited n waited and the next day I went back too the office and mentioned it to a guy and he said he has to call someone.. it would of been nice too watch TV since we drove all day...

Easy to get to, close to State st.

Put in the wrong dates to stay, so stayed anyways on the dates I didn't have in, they were not willing to give a refund for the days I had accidentally put in even though we paid for the days we did stay so we were in almost $---- bucks for just 2 nights..

For me it was good No major problems Newly refurbished but things were no perfectgood

Staff was very helpful. Rooms were renovated and had a refrigerator but no microwave. Beds were very comfortable. Need diff type of showerhead for more water pressure. Value was reasonable.

The location and the ease of getting to and from the venue we were attending. Just a few maintenance issues that needs fixing!!!

The front desk clerk at check in was nice. The front desk clerk when I checked out was rude. Walked into the room and our bathtub was filled with water, bath tub was leaking, there was brown substance that was on the bottom of the tub, bathroom floor was covered in water and dirt, and toilet paper roll had poop on it that was left over from previous people. When washing hands, the sink had brown water.

Door doesn't open without kicking it, beds are not comfortable, one of the loudest motels

Room was so full of smoke had to change rooms. Felt unsafe traveling by myself w my pet. Loud drunk people outside till late in the night. Very loud people. People arguing drunk. Partying. Faucet coming out of wall. Just not a good experience for paying over 110. Won't be back. Very disappointed. Read reviews and wandered if I should have canceled to begin with, that became an absolute yes when I left. Next time I'm staying in next town over now that I'm more familiar w area.

Out dated and the rooms could use a remodel

The property was not good the bed had noise and also you could hear sounds from other rooms we took a room for 90 but it doesn’t had any value of that the sofa was very dirty , had some flies in room. I don’t recommend it for anyone

The bed are hard like a rock

Parking was easy and secure. Air conditioning worked fine. Room was nice and clean.
