Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol

The staff were very attentive. I was celebrating my birthday while I was there. I ordered room service for breakfast and they even put a rose on my cart. Everyone at the Hard Rock Hotel was very enthusiastic about taking care of the guests.

This property was excellent in every way. Great food options, great staff, super clean at all times, fun environment slots were really good, amenities were grest, convenient location.

Very nice property

Had a great stay, however, we unfortunately checked in after 7pm, so the pool was already shut down. I was given some misinformation, the sweet girl that checked me in said that I would be able to have access to the pool after I checked out, then the next day the gentleman that checked me out said that wasn't correct, so I missed out on the pool, or I would've went at 9am when the pool opened.😞 I was also charged a fee at check out of $25, that I wasn't aware of. I was told it was because of all the amenities, like the pool and valet lol so that kinda made the pool thing suck even more lol. The rooms were great though, top notch. I'll be back, and hopefully before 7pm next time lol.

The staff in general was Not friendly, except the check In people. One girl walked around with water etc. only saw her once. Food was VERY average and expensive. Room was comfortable. When I plugged in the hairdryer it blew a circuit breaker which also turned off lights, frig etc. It WAS fixed pretty quickly.

Room was exception and clean. CAFE food choices and quality could be better.

It was our first time here. All employees were very pleasant and helpful. The music is great. Dining at Council Oaks steak and seafood was a great experience. Will definitely be back for that. Pool was very nice and well maintained. Bartenders and servers will go out of their way to make you feel on vacation. Rooms are pricey - nothing too showy- but they do the job. We don’t gamble and still had a great time.

My only gripe here is that you had to go outside to the other side of the building to get to the food options…and it was snowing when we visited! Maybe there was a way from inside the casino but we had 2 kids with us so couldn’t go through the casino. The room was amazing and the kids enjoyed the pool

The room was very nice, clean and spacious. It’s a shame they allow smoking in the casino. If you’re not a smoker, it makes it unbearable and there is only a tiny space available for non-smokers. I would not return because of the smoke so will continue going to Harrah’s in Cherokee which I think is a better option anyway. The Asian restaurant in the hotel is absolutely terrible. The food was inedible. The hotel staff are amazing and were super helpful.

Very nice. Room was spotless and I loved the coffee. The restaurant in the casino was excellent. I had a great stay with not one complaint.
