Very clean, friendly staff

Simple hotel but was clean . Nothing to write home about on the breakfast.

Nice size room roll in shower was great. Night staff lady (did not get her name) was just over the top spot on customer service. She is the main reason I’m giving better review. Morning staff has 1 lady who ruined it. There were no carts available at 4:30 am. I politely asked at this lady if she knew where a cart is. She replied, while fixing her cup of coffee and rolling her eyes, I don’t know I’ll go look in awhile. She never did. I went to every floor and no carts. Went back down and looked outside. No carts.

Breakfast was great! Hair everywhere in the bathroom. On the soap bottle, on the counter, in the shower. Also, no trash can liners. Maybe they are trying to reduce plastic use, but I’d rather throw my trash in a removable bag rather than the unlined trash can.

A very clean and well maintained property. The lobby had tv's sitting areas pool table, and a multiseat area for young people. No pool, which might have been nice.

We walked in and was greeted with a friendly smile, quick sign in, given a list of places for food which was only 5 minutes away in a new outdoor mall area, plenty of parking outside for free, nice basic breakfast included with the night stay.

Room was advertised as having a microwave, which we depend on when traveling. It did not. I would not have stayed here if I had known. Otherwise, everything else was good

Clean and well designed. I love the hydration station! The only complaint we had was the pillows were very uncomfortable The pillows was the only thing we did not like

Good, except for the fact that you can hear everyone around you. You can hear people walking above you and talking. You can hear people talking next to your room Walls and floors to thin

First time at the Tru brand and it was great very clean. Staff was great wll be using the brand in the future.

I just drank coffee but two sons ate famous breakfast and pool table, gym, did i say Coffee. Parking lot was great. All in all two thumbs up.
