The staff was very pleasant and willing to help. It was a little difficult to get to.

The room was clean. No coffee pot

Rooms had new floors. Room seemed clean. Staff tried to be curtious with what they have Room had barely any water pressure. Shower half worked. Had a single towel that's it. NO COFFEE and breakfast was a bagged fruit and honey bun and coffee stick

Quiet and peaceful..very good location wise, walking distance to Gas stations, fast food restaurants , convenience stores and Casino. Very friendly staff, and the continental breakfast gives a perfect jump start for the day. I would recommend this establishment to a friend or coworker. N/A

Perfect location on/off areas of interest. Walkable to Hard Rock Casino; truly very close for half the expense. Owners are WONDERFUL! Simple breakfast included and property was kept very clean. I didn’t have any but they also accept pets! Bedding/drapes are dated and towels are a bit thin, but considering that it IS A BUDGET INN EXPRESS, everything was as it should have been. There was a neighboring guest with ZERO class or respect for others but that can sometimes be expected anywhere no matter the hotel cost!

The owners were nice They room was not nice and the price was not worth it at all. Beds weren’t comfortable

Lady that checked us in was very nice Had to wait around outside in our car until someone showed up in office. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal and milk coffee and juice after we didn’t se anything in breakfast room.

It’s back away from main road and they still have smoking rooms and it was very clean ran by some of the nicest people we have met Beds but they are great for people that want a sturdy firm bed

Location Needs new shower head it sprays every which way. Bedding in room is outdated and itchy. Had burn holes on covers. Chair was stained.

Close to the interstate but fairly isolated so it was quiet. It’s dated but clean. We were the only guest there at time of check in.

We've been staying at this establishment for several years. Whether it be Nascar or the casino, this is our go to every time! We have been coming here for so long, they know our names when we walk in. The renovations are nice. The new mattresses are so very sleep worthy. We sleep like a baby. The shower's water pressure is nice & the water hot. And the TV is "user-friendly" unlike some other hotels we've stayed at where you need instructions to find something to watch. We could stay at the casino hotel, but we can't see paying so much when we can have the same friendly people helping us with anything we need. I've never had anything I didn't like. But this trip, the weather was in the 30s and the heat was not running when we opened the door. But it took only 10 minutes for the room to warm up nicely.

Staff very nice Yogurt and oatmeal would be nice addition to breakfast.

Close to a breakfast restaurant The office area could use some improvement I enjoyed the managers, but in general around the check in check out area could be more inviting

Close to casino location. Clean rooms. Cat outside rooms meowing.

Price and location Heat didn’t work I had to bundle in all the blankets and still froze all night.

After I was told I could book the room online and paid for an Uber to get there the front desk told me that there was a $500 deposit for 2 nights. I had a car parked up there i was trying to get hauled back with ash my things i own in it. I'm moving after almost 2 yrs if being homeless.i felt like they were profiling me or labeling me as a drug addict the way she acted. Our gone burnt down and I dint don't appreciate her attitude about it. I went next door to travel inn and got a room. I'm never try and rent from this hotel chain again. Everything about the place honestly

-NO HOT WATER/LITTLE.PRESSURE. -DIRTY --Front Desk Lady Does not know ADA Laws, asked for a A Card for the Service Dog, we quickly let her know that is not Legal. --Breakfast, maybe cereal, --Wierd hidden Entrance up a huge curvy hill, --Room Key stopped working at one point --They were watching us on the Cameras, during checkout, which is fine I guess.
