Clean, comfortable, 24/7 coffee Pool was a little too cool,

Cleansing of the establishment Had a room on the interstate side of the highway very noisy hard to get a good nights sleep from the interstate traffic

The lady checking us in was very rude.

Hotel was ok, typical Hampton Inn however the lobby and breakfast area were very small and one of the elevators was not working properly, always stopping at the second floor and then opening and closing the doors until it may or may not eventually go up or down… just made it a little less convenient especially being on the top floor. (Told the front desk and they didn’t seem too concerned about the issue)

Breakfast and staff were friendly enough. Noise from interstate traffic and one of the elevators seemed to be improbably working the way it should.

Found bed bugs in our room as we were packing to leave and had to dispose of allot of our clothing.

My biggest disappointment with this property was their advertisement of EV charging. I asked the front where the charger was , she didn't know that had one. When I finally found it . It was 2 110v outlets lol. Before keeping that on your website put some more thought into promoting chargers.

Great stay. Would return again. Room was clean, staff was helpful, good location, comfortable bed, quiet, breakfast was good.

Location close to everything, the staff is great!! Breakfast was good and offered a variety. The traffic can be heard over the tv and air running .needs better insulted windows and walls .Everything else was great!

staff was very willing to assist within their area of expertise, when we first arrived however not all the shower bottles were refilled in fact one was empty, and the door was difficult to close properly, breakfast was hot or warm where it should be, everything in the room, at the pool, at breakfast and in the lobby, halls and elevator were quite clean, our biggest issue was on our second evening when the internet went done no one had a clue what to do about it, the whole building was out in fact, we checked out a day early since weather affected the event we went to so with no internet, no TV, no fone to service/staff, and no receipt, and so/so cell reception (could be the weather also) we didn't really need to stay over since our trip was just a few hours back home, just to be fair it could be their internet provider that is to blame for the outage (but doesn't really explain the no fone/VoIP), still we went over 24 hours with no net and no update on what or when etc, I guess the local IT expert doesn't do weekends?

Excellent hotel...breakfast could use a little more variety. Same thing served everyday.

Close to Bristol racetrack. Lots of choices for amenities in the area. No laundry facility - could have really used that.

This hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent. One of the best hotel breakfasts we have had. Also, in a nice area. If you want to shop. there is a mall across the road. We will stay here again for sure. One thing I will say is the highway is right beside the hotel and you can hear the traffic. It did not bother us, but I have seen reviews that that was an issue for some people.

The room was bright and welcoming. The staff was helpful and polite.

This property offers clean rooms, a good breakfast spread and a professional staff. The only drawback was the interstate road noise which can be heard and make it difficult to sleep.

My family and I stopped here for a night on our way to Kentucky and we had a great time. This was our second time staying at this hotel, previously stayed here in 2021, and it's convenient location was a major plus for us. The staff was nice and helpful, our room was clean, and our the breakfast was good and had plenty of options.

The young lady at check in was very nice, helpful, and personable. Pool was not open yet.
