Quality Inn Bristol Pinnacle Area

Great tv. Fridge and microwave. Shower was nice. Great value. Lots of Dining options across the freeway. Only downfall. Interstate traffic is nonstop. Good white though.

The staff were very friendly and our suite and breakfast were great! We would definitely stay again.

I've stayed here quite a bit with my husband as we have family in the area. Great location and usually clean but one stay we did find dried blood on the comforter. It was taken care of when reported. The toilet lid in a few rooms doesn't stay up if you're a guy and trying to stand to use the restroom. Basic amenities but great location and friendly staff. Breakfast is basic but good! Two different waffle flavor options most of the time.

I didn’t like staying on the backside. If I had seen this motel in person I wouldn’t have stayed there

Breakfast - waffles, that's it with juice and coffee. No toast or eggs? No biscuits or gravy?

The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay for continental. I had a handicap room due to back issues and it was very easy to navigate, with parking just outside my front door. The only downside was you could hear the highway traffic, didn’t bother me but it did my wife. Other than that I would stay there again no question.

Decent hotel for the money. Great Staff. Lots of dining options across the interstate. Place is older. Interstate side is noisy. I didn't mind, since I snore loud, traffic is white noise. Room was good. Tv and channel choice was good.

It was a last minute stay and worked fine for what we needed. It would not be a destination spot.

Staff were friendly. Dirty room, hair on floor, paint chipping off walls.

Was exactly as offered. We parked right outside our door. Hotel was clean and no riff raff.

woke up to fire alarm blaring and the bathroom was dirty bed uncomfy.

This is a run down motel. Despite how out of date and run down it was fairly clean, the sheets were clean but appeared to be very old. The room we stayed in had the peephole ripped out so we needed to put a tissue in it for privacy. I wouldn’t stay again.
