Hampton Inn Tulsa Broken Arrow

Staff was awesome! Breakfast was great.

We have always a good stay here but this last time was different. The room was out dated and the bed uncomfortable. Maybe we ended up with a room that wasn't redone. The breakfast wasn't great. It was better last time too.

Staff was not helpful on check in and the room was not cleaned properly Also after complaining about stains on the tube they still did not clean it properly Floor was very dirty in bedroom - stains on the carpet Morning staff was friendly however and helpful

Everything went well except Expedia didn't book the room I selected. The Hampton Inn staff had to scramble to find me an alternatve room with hanndicapped features and I didn't get the room I booked through Expedia.

I cannot recommend this location enough! Both staff members that I worked with, Stephon and Susan, were so kind and helpful. They made our stay incredible! Major kudos to both of them for their excelllent customer service. The facility was clean and breakfast was good.

Also air conditioner was lacking even when we turned it down to 67 it stayed at 73. Needs more parking. Pool was wonderful wish they had a hot tub

Clean,quiet hotel in central location.

This was the best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. It was clean, bright, and the staff was very friendly. The exterior was well maintained and clean. I don’t usually care for free breakfasts, mostly because I don’t eat meat and try to stay away from potatoes and pastry. But, the eggs, oatmeal, orange juice, and coffee were not good. We chose to eat away from the property on the second morning of our stay.

The breakfast had no gluten free options and was mostly bread, pastries, cereal and I saw scrambled eggs. I tried the oatmeal and it was awful and runny.

I love this location. I always stay at this one or another specific one if this one is booked. The staff is pleasant and goes the extra mile.

Everything was great, from the cleanliness of the hotel, the room, and the pool. Breakfast was a nice layout of varies items to chose from. I'd definitely recommend this place from kids to adults.

I didn't really use the breakfast service but did have a couple of muffins and bananas and did enjoy the coffee. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is so very clean. There is no dirt! Not even in the elevator buttons and door handles! Awesome staff and housekeeping! My go to hotel every time in Tulsa!

Everything this 4th of July weekend was a 10/10. The property was clean and fully functioning. The pool and gym was open, breakfast was hot and delicious and the staff/cleaners we nice and accommodating when I needed more towels

The room coffee was not good. Don't bother. Excellent shower/bathroom. Very comfortable room. Air conditioner worked well.
