I STAYED THERE AND IT WAS A EMERGENCY STAY AND IT WAS A DWARF AT THE COUNTER THAT WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL IF I DIDNT BOOK THREW A THIRD PARTY AND IT WAS LATE AND RAINING I WUD HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND

Experience was good overall. Being called " stupid" by the night clerk, because I couldnt get the room key to work, really angered me. He had a terrible attitude .

Nothing They do not list that they do not have an elevator my wife had knee surgery and could not climb the stairs and the only answer the person said should have requested 1st. Floor???? How could I have done that if I didn’t know they didn’t have a elevator I stay in hotels 3-4 times a week I have stayed in so worn hotels but this one takes the cake as the worst

The whole property needs to be updated/remodeled.

TV didn't work, staff did take care of it for me. Overall needs some updating. Not enough pillows for the bed. Needs updating

One of the better 2 star places I've stayed at.

You can walk to OnCue. The pool isn’t heated as stated, the whole place smells disgusting and old. The rooms are way out dated, our bathtub had a big hole in the side so you couldn’t give a kiddo a bath and then the shower stem only came up half way so you got the lesser end of the water. The Ramada across the road is cheaper and way cleaner

I was bitten by a bed bug , the wifi did not work. The hot water was switched with the cold , overall disgusting

NOTHING IN THE FITNESS CENTER WORKED! NOTHING!! and the laundry room is small.

Parking was easy. Reservaytion system sucks. The room was filthy and in VERY poor repair!
