Quality Inn Broken Arrow - Tulsa

It was decent to stay.

I stay in hotels 3-4 times a week I have stayed in so worn hotels but this one takes the cake as the worst

Great cost. Clean. Great breakfast Experience was good overall. Being called " stupid" by the night clerk, because I couldnt get the room key to work, really angered me. He had a terrible attitude .

The whole property needs to be updated/remodeled.

TV didn't work, staff did take care of it for me. Overall needs some updating. Not enough pillows for the bed. Needs updating

Pool but I wish you can keep it open a Lil later than 10 Pool close at 10

AC worked room was clean. Breakfast was inedible. Workout equipment broken

One of the better 2 star places I've stayed at.

You can walk to OnCue. The pool isn’t heated as stated, the whole place smells disgusting and old. The rooms are way out dated, our bathtub had a big hole in the side so you couldn’t give a kiddo a bath and then the shower stem only came up half way so you got the lesser end of the water. The Ramada across the road is cheaper and way cleaner

The food was ok, just ok I was bitten by a bed bug , the wifi did not work. The hot water was switched with the cold , overall disgusting

the property smelled like smoke. it was hard to keep the smell out of the room

Clean NOTHING IN THE FITNESS CENTER WORKED! NOTHING!! and the laundry room is small.

Parking was easy. Reservaytion system sucks. The room was filthy and in VERY poor repair!

rooms were clean, staff helpful and friendly, parking very good, good location for me.

Room was clean, staff was cordial (when engaged), noise level was minimal There was no elevator, so carrying bags up the stairs wasn’t ideal, but it was only one floor.

Clean rooms, indoor heated pool and great staff made this experience a great one at an affordable price!
