Extended Stay America Suites - Denver - Broomfield

Room was clean and comfortable. Our shower was missing the bottles of soap, shampoo, and conditioner that normally are on the wall. Parking lot was full at 10pm on Friday, though they are planning to start towing as there are unauthorized vehicles parked in the lot. Overflowing trash cans outside of the buildings. Rooms are good, but lots of little things fall short of a five star stay.

Pool was down and that was our main reason for picking the hotel. Breakfast was cleaned up and put away by 8:15am when its advertised till 9. Last day we woke up with out living room couch covered in ants.

The room was clean, front staff were nice, and close to Walmart. You have to be prepared with cooking items and other utensils because it’s not provided. We had a hold deposit fee of $290 which I think is a bit much for a hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay :)

Rates were satisfactory to what was available such as poor parking spaces, other customer seemed to be live ins( non-travelers). Pool was out of service. There were no bathroom amenities available ( TOWELS and shampoos etc ). One receptionist in evening was rude and unfriendly ( walked over to get towels and was told they didn’t have any and didn’t know when they would or made attempt to find out)

Very clean, friendly staff. Place is a little rough around the edges, but quiet. Other than soap and towels, not much for amenities. I understand kitchen supplies are extra, but no shampoo surprised me. But the rate was great, so I get it.

Power went out for 2 hrs , Fire alarm went off upon checking in. The room smelled like cat piss and cigar. The ac would not get the room cooler than 78 degrees.

The A/C in my room was broken, which was the only negative. I tried everything I could and the room was still 80 degrees. We were a midnight check-in so apparently there was no maintenance person to fix it. My littles were already settled in, so I didn’t really want to ask to move rooms lol Luckily, it was cool outside so we just propped open the windows for the night. The breakfast is just a “grab and go” but it did the job. Otherwise, everything was great. Good value for the price. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were all very accommodating and kind.

My room was clean and comfortable! A cozy space to stay for a few days. Within a quick walk of multiple dining options, as well as a Walmart. On the downside, a lot of the amenities to make this truly comfortable were lacking. The pool was closed, the breakfast consisted of a few packaged continental options, and all of the on-site laundry machines were out of order. Additionally, while my pantry had plates and silverware, there was no cookware to prepare a meal with, which was an unexpected challenge. My room was also missing bath towels.

There was a very small provision of grab & go breakfast, a couple of boxes of fruit loops, apples, a banana & granola bars. 5 minutes walk to the Walmart & there was other food outlets & shops close too.

Full kitchen, but no dishes to use or dish soap/towel. Pool was not in working order. Property needs some outside cleanup. Very nice walking path to use.

Location and price Parking, no breakfast included when it was posted to have breakfast. My TV didn’t work and there was no follow-up when I reported it to the front desk.

Worst hotel in the area.

Worst hotel in the area. Avoid booking else you have to repent a lot Lots of bad smell and management has stopped breakfast also but booking dot com is charging you. I have to complain to my bank for lack of service. Now waiting for a refund Worst services.

The advertised free breakfast doesn't exist and the maintenance was lacking. We had to have our lock fixed on the first night and there was only a single air-conditioned unit in one of the 3 rooms and it couldn't keep the room cool
