This hotel is wonderful. My family and I really enjoyed this being our home base throughout our trip. The proximity to Boulder and the airport was perfect. The accommodations were really nice. The large lounge area felt like a large cozy living room. I enjoyed going down early in the morning, grabbing a coffee, and reading while my family was still sleeping. The pool was great, loved the restaurant for breakfast, and the bar for dinner. This will be the hotel we stay at again on our next adventure to CO!

The food, staff, and amenities are great. The elevators are a little sketchy, but other than that, I had no complaints.

Traveling for tax exempt work trip. Called ahead of time to offer exempt paperwork, front desk said I could bring it at check in. Upon check in, completed all and front desk took photos and said they attached to my file. Reviewed folio after check out - tax still included. Called twice, and now have an email to resubmit and fill out paperwork for the 3rd time.

This property has a great central location between Denver and Boulder. The pool is beautiful and food at the restaurants is delicious. The best part about the hotel however is absolutely the staff. From the front desk, to the restaurant wait staff, to the spa, the customer service was impeccable. The entire staff are welcoming and make you feel at home while also being extremely professional and exceptionally good at their jobs. Special recognition to Tammy, Gina, and Stefanie in the spa. They were so friendly and made our first day at the resort the perfect start to our Colorado vacation. I will recommend this resort to everyone and will definitely return!

Great place to stay in the Boulder area. Room was clean.The pool needed more seating and shade options, we had to eat by the fire pit on a 90 degree day. Staff was super friendly , food was good, didn’t get a chance to try breakfast.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The food options were great, the pool was clean, not too crowded, and plenty of comfortable seating. We had one small issue with waiting time for room service, but staff was attentive and quickly remedied our problem when we brought up the issue. We will absolutely be coming back to this property
