Hampton Inn Broussard-Lafayette Area

The bed was comfortable, the pool was enjoyable, and check-in was easy. The luggage cart also worked well for getting our luggage to the room. The shampoo, body wash, and soap in the dispensers did not seem like the products normally used with those dispensers. They were not very effective and did not have the same scent or quality we have experienced at other properties using similar brands, which made us wonder whether the dispensers had been filled with a different product. Overall, we gave the property an “OK” rating because the strong carpet-cleaner smell and the quality of the provided toiletries did not meet the expectations we have for this hotel brand based on our previous stays.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly.

Sunday morning breakfast at 9:00 am had nothing to drink. Juice machine had an “out of order” sign, and when I asked for milk for the cereal, the girl working there said they were out as well. It was ridiculous! Very disappointed.

First time stay and pleased with choice of Hampton in area where visiting.

Everything was as expected. Ou grand childern had a great time. The coffee in the mornings was not hot. It was at best luke warm and I had to microwave it to get it to a proper tempature.

Great hotel, the room was odd in its layout with the bed facing the window and the TV on the side.

This is our go to place to stay when we go to visit our grandchildren. We go about every 4 months
