Best Western Plus Brunswick Inn & Suites

Breakfast was awful, everything else was meh.

Jennifer in the cafe was absolutely a delight and extremely courteous. I highly recommend this Best Western. Nothing about our stay was uncomfortable or made us unhappy. Will be back.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay. The room and hotel was very clean and updated. Plenty of towels. Great breakfast and the attendant did an excellent job! We will definitely be back.

C unit and fridge making noises. Sraff were excellent, breakfast was great, and bed comfy. Overall a great place we will go back to.

When I arrived , I was told that the reservation has been canceled and then after 15 mins of discussion, they reserved another room with additional charges, not even a water bottle in the room. Bed has broken springs , could not sleep .

Ac in room didn’t cool room. The hotels ac wasn’t working the halls were hot. The exhaust fan in bathroom not working. The water valve on bath tub broken! How you gave them a good rating is beyond me! They were like maybe a two star!!!!!!

Clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. The only downside was that housekeeping started a bit too early, and the noise from the housekeeping carts near the elevator could be heard in the morning.

Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast attendant was downright rude. It was almost 6:30 and we just wanted to grab some muffins to get on the road and got yelled at for walking in the room even though all of that was out and ready and there was a family in there eating. Definitely not a pleasant way to start my morning.
