Best Western Plus Brunswick Inn & Suites

Room was clean and inviting. Breakfast was ample and staff personnel was welcoming and informative of the items available. Would highly recommend.

C unit and fridge making noises. Sraff were excellent, breakfast was great, and bed comfy. Overall a great place we will go back to.

When I arrived , I was told that the reservation has been canceled and then after 15 mins of discussion, they reserved another room with additional charges, not even a water bottle in the room. Bed has broken springs , could not sleep .

Ac in room didn’t cool room. The hotels ac wasn’t working the halls were hot. The exhaust fan in bathroom not working. The water valve on bath tub broken! How you gave them a good rating is beyond me! They were like maybe a two star!!!!!!

Clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. The only downside was that housekeeping started a bit too early, and the noise from the housekeeping carts near the elevator could be heard in the morning.

Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast attendant was downright rude. It was almost 6:30 and we just wanted to grab some muffins to get on the road and got yelled at for walking in the room even though all of that was out and ready and there was a family in there eating. Definitely not a pleasant way to start my morning.

The ac is very loud

The lady at the front desk , Diana I believe terrible person with huge attitude towards the guests , unbelievable unprofessional way ! Worst ever , although the facility was great clean and nice The reception/ front desk staff

Front desk clerk was great, very kind and helpful. Check in was very smooth. Breakfast was good and the lady worker was very informative and had a bubbly personality. People was leaving their cars parked in front of the entrance making it difficult to load and unload and it was raining most of my stay.

The bed was comfortable The walk-in shower is poorly elevated and water runs on the floor. House keeping brought extra towels and covered the floor.

Wonderful staff, clean with comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Great coffee.
