SureStay Hotel by Best Western Brunswick

when we got there, the room was 92degrees, it took 4 hours to cool. The bathroom had a big hole in the wall, and the shelf was detached from the wall. the toilet would not flush because the chain was broken and we had to put our hands into the tank water to make it flush. I spoke three times to the staff, and one said he was sorry, the others said that nothing could be done. All that was bad enough, but the kicker was that the t.v. was intermittent and would just give a circle and then most of the time say that the router needed to be reset, once again I called (on my cell phone because the phone in the room did not work) the front desk said nothing could be done. we initially stayed there, for the price and breakfast but on Sunday morning when we were checking out, breakfast was not available. my advice, Pay a few dollars more and STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE I did ask for partial refund and you guessed it Nothing could be done

Before I made this reservation I called the hotel to check to see if the pool was available…at that time I was told it was…I asked again and was told yes…Friday I check in…drive around the building to take a look at the pool and it was green and extremely cloudy. But, I could of dealt with that…we were going to the beach with family anyway… Friday night we get back to the room get settled from the day and see roaches crawling all over the floor. After we killed them and checked ALL our bags and suitcases…I called down to the front desk explained that we are killing roaches and was told there was NOTHING they could do.. that they didn’t have another room available…he told me I could check out and go down the street.. my first problem is WE HAD ROACHES IN OUR ROOM.. My second problem came when he told us there’s was nothing he can do.. he didn’t even offer to come spray the room… the way the economy is these days..i can’t afford to cancel the room wait 3-5 days for a refund and at the same time go to another hotel on a holiday weekend with holiday rates…I am EXTREMELY devastated that this was apart of my holiday weekend with my family

The hotel is so clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was so accommodating. The pool was not ready to swim in.

Everything was cool the morning staff was kind of rude but other than that it was good

After I checked out, and I drove 2 and a half hours home, I was looking at my bank account and they charged me another $50. I have called several times and know one answers. My attorney will be contacting the corporate office of Best Western.

Mold on chair in room. Had to have someone come twice to fix the ac.

Was not clean did not have an elevator to get up to the second floor had to go upstairs being handicapped that was unacceptable for us so we ended up leaving not staying the night Pretty much everything did not like

When in Brunswick the Sure Stay is always a sure bet. Best value for your money

The mattress was horrible, you could feel the springs with every move. The pool water was green, very out and outdated hotel.

Nothing Dirty everything from carpet to walls. 3/4 inch crack all around door which at night it let the hallway light in blue bugs. Tv, wifi and phone didn't work. Ac unit quit working, pool was very dirty and not functioning. ice machine didn't work on second floor. Breakfast was a joke, stail bread old yogurt.

Needs maintenance. Not all that pleasing a room.

Simple breakfast but good. Room's floors were vinyl tile and clean. Small fitness room.Nice staff. A bit dated. Our room had holes in the bathroom walls from where the doorknob hits. Towel rack was falling off the wall. A/C is really loud as was the frig. Pool was unusable.

Hotel was very clean I enjoyed the stay

Nothing Staff were extremely rude. Rooms were not clean sheets didn’t look clean. Wi-Fi was very slow. Breakfast was terrible. Would not suggest booking here not for the price.
