Comfort Inn & Suites Brunswick I-95

The overall hotel and the front desk guy was nice. My room was mostly clean except for the hair all in the bathroom and shower. The lamp beside the bed was broke and had gunck under it where it looked like someone had tried fixing it before.

Its location Front desk night person outside with people that ate walking on to the hotel and not sure exactly what was transpiring

The staff was rude, impatient, discourteous, and both rooms had an infestation of roaches! Also, the manager kept $10 of our deposit claiming that there was a stain on one of the towels that she was certain would not come out once she washed it, but hadn’t even attempted to wash it, nor did she dispose of it if that were the case.

Nothing. Never will never stay there again. Roaches! Lots of roaches!!!! Area looks sketchy. Bathroom dirty and safe was broken and staff never even tried to replace it.

The beds and bedding were the only nice things about this hotel. 1. Hallways smell of urine 2. No Meats or fruits in the "continental" breakfast...coffee looks like tea 3. Flies & gnats everywhere inside hotel 4. Homeless people hanging around facility 5. Inconsistent advertisement...some sites say pet friendly while others say no but come to find out the owners just changed this to no pets but didnt bother to update that with booking agencies. 6. Owners are rude....not only to myself but other people in lobby and employees

There was a roach in the bedding.

The front desk check in person, on Friday 12 - friendly, excellent. Cynthia at breakfast bar. Excellent service, friendly. Made sure breakfast bar was stocked.made us feel like family. Thank you

Everything was wonderful

Bugs were out of control in the room this time around. I don't know if they just did a treatment and it drove them out in the masses or what, but waking up to a roach in my bed and roaches in the bathroom wasn't pleasant.

The night front desk lady was very nice and helpful, Juice dispenser was about the only thing that was good for breakfast.

I went to my room and the door stuck I had to pull it to close it so they gave me another room it was fine but the day I was about to leave I saw some roaches coming out the lobby the carpet wasn't clean and the floor was uneven

The lobby smelled, the entire building was hot. The room was absolutely disgusting with dirt and dust on the floor in the bathroom. Crumbs and dirt on the carpet. After killing multiple cockroaches in the room within 5mins of walking in we left and did not stay here.

Don’t stay there. Smell bad and found a dead cockroach in our room.

Room was clean and maintained except the beds were too soft. If high water pressure is your thing, the shower is not for you. Great AC. And don't try showing up 20 minutes early to check in.

Upon checking in, they said we had to wait til 3pm to check in and it was 1.30. Was told rooms were not ready. We waited in lobby and about 30 mins later they said if we could check in early but it would cost 15$ extra. We said well that wouldn’t work because rooms were not ready. Then was told they had one . We declined and then they said ok you can get it early. Room was nice and clean , however it wreaked of cigarette smoke . We went to the store and purchase room deodorizer and it smelled better after using that. Pool was suppose to be open but it wasn’t . Breakfast was really good .. 4 stars on breakfast ! Sausage , gravy biscuits , eggs , waffles, juice , bagels etc all delicious . Coffee is only served during breakfast . Coffee pot was in room if needed . Hotel is behind a bar and it gets loud at night. Very sketchy area .
