Okay place for one night. Bed was horrible.

The room they have is was dirty; dirty towels all over the bathroom, someone's lunch sitting there in the living area, neither need made.

This hotel is in need of some maintenance and updating terribly. In the pool area there was mold not clean at all. The lemon infused water had mold all over the spout. The gym area had water on the floor and not clean. The rooms had things falling apart. The curtains were coming of and the blinds wouldn’t close all the way to block light. The windows and around the AC unit was in disarray. There was drywall on the windowsill. The floor trim was coming off the wall. The floors were not clean and stuff left under the beds. The AC unit did not hardly work at all at night. It was so hot and it finally kicked on more in the morning. You can hear everything from your neighbors room and kids running above you so not very sound proof at all. Called to ask them to stop and they bounced a ball for over an hour off and on afterwards, which is out of the control of the front desk. Would not recommend this hotel.

Rundown and disgusting. Lack of cleanliness and basic maintenance.

I immediately went to the front desk and asked for another room, but I was told the hotel was fully booked. I then asked if someone could clean the room, but I was told there was no housekeeping staff available that night. Since we had nowhere else to go, I asked if I could receive a refund for the night and have the room cleaned first thing the next morning. Instead, I was told I would have to speak with the supervisor. When I did, she refused to refund the night because we stayed at the hotel, even though we only stayed because there were no other rooms available. We ended up sleeping on the couch instead of the bed because we didn't feel comfortable using it. A clean room is the minimum guests should expect. The lack of cleanliness, combined with the refusal to resolve the issue fairly, made this a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Bottom sheet was stained or not clean we slept on top sheet. Everything else in room was good. They also have good breakfast.

They need to do something with the bars on their beds that stick out because I cut my leg on one of them it’s really dangerous

The hotel looked shabby and needs a facelift. Would not recommend or stay there again.

Very clean and very nice staff

Older motel, very well kept: carpets could use a cleaning, pool temp was just right! Hot tub was great! Brookyln checked us in. She was the greatest !

Needs a few updates but a Great place to stay !

We didn’t end up staying there because the place was a mess. Did not feel it was clean and booked a room down the road even though we had already paid and wouldn’t get our money back.

The staff were nice and everything seemed fairly well kept up with however, the pool water was very cloudy and the whole room was almost like a sauna more than an actual pool. Overall it was a nice stay

The bathroom needs to be updated. The shower curtains do not fit properly so the wall and door had water stains and mildew. My room was large and bedding clean. The carpets were really dirty. ( brig flip flops) Breakfast was removed early so I didn’t get any the first morning and didn’t try the next. They seemed very rushed to clean it all up . Did not use the indoor pool but looked clean. Luggage racks available and in good working order. Well lit parking area with plenty of parking. The outside clean and maintained. Quiet and safe area. The staff friendly. If on a budget just to sleep and shower, I would stay again.

The staff I dealt with was great. The hotel was not clean and very outdated. Pool was hot and smelly, didn’t swim in it. I will not book there again.

Clean and comfortable bed. But shower was rusty.

We reserved two rooms. The first room smelled like a wet dog and was so damp you could literally feel the moisture in the air. The second room was no better. The pull-out couch had sheets covered in brown stains, one of the queen beds was sitting on a homemade wooden base because the original frame was broken, the mattresses were completely worn out, and the sheets felt like they had been washed with sandpaper. To make matters worse, both bathroom sinks leaked, and there were small black hairs throughout both bathrooms when we arrived. I've stayed in plenty of hotels over the years, and I've never walked out of one—until this stay. That's how unacceptable these rooms were. The most frustrating part was the way management handled it. We only received a refund for one room because we had checked into the other room for about an hour with our dog before deciding to leave. We were told that *we* made the room smell, even though the overwhelming wet dog odor was there the moment we walked in. This experience was completely unacceptable. Not only will I never stay at this hotel again, but after this experience, I have no intention of staying at another Comfort Inn. If you're considering booking here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
