We checked in around 2am and the staff was there welcoming us, checking in was very smooth, she also helped retrieving out my long lost Hilton royal membership number! Room was clean and dry, bedding was comfortable and I had a great sleep. Breakfast was nice and I liked the hot oatmeal most!

My kids said “ This hotel was just better. The bathroom was new and refreshed. Everything worked. Even the soap smelled good.”

All the staff was very delightful. The place was clean new. We had an issue with shower in the room that we couldn’t get on called for help staff member couldn’t figure it out as well. The manager did come up and was able to show us what the issue was there was a button that need to be pushed, but her staff didn’t even know how. It was like no other shower that I’ve ever seen kind of in their defense we replaced in the handicapped accessible room. The problem was by not being able to take the shower. I missed a meeting and had to wait for the next meeting later in the day which necessitated another hotel stay down the road they did compensate me somewhat I just think they could’ve done a little better. I suggest that there should be signage on how to do it use the shower, but the manager informed me that corporate would not allow that kind of strange but what can I say? I’m not sure how they handle other problems again I just thought they could do a little better, but I must say that the manager was very respectful very nice and everyone else was as well. it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again and I think anyone that would use the hotel will be would be happy with this choice.

Everything was excellent. Only little exception was the door between our room and another room. Not very sound proof. The first night…no noise. The second night…we could hear thier conversations clearly lol. Wish they had insights on some hot stocks lol. The talking was bearable though. I’m guessing they must have been sitting right by the door. Otherwise outstanding.

Everything is excellent

The 15 kids running around unsupervised in lobby while trying to check in. The clerk didn’t seem to mind. Also coming in at night, the night clerk was babysitting kids. They were are laid out in n the lobby. Room was so hot when we arrived. AC was not on. The get rid off f the shuffleboard game in the lobby. It is very loud and obnoxious with kids just banging and clanking the pucks

Everything was great.

The breakfast had many options and was fresh and delicious, staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the appliances worked as they should. There was a leak in the shower door and slow draining in the sink. There is not a microwave or coffee maker in the room but a microwave and 24/7 free coffee, hot chocolate, and tea in the lobby. The water had an off flavor and the shower and sink water smelled and tasted strong and briny.

Absolutely the best location for Jekyll Island!!! Staff was amazingly kind and hard working!!! Clean rooms/clean breakfast room. Always cleaning wiping up. Spotless. Witnessed front desk help serving/cleaning w/breakfast lady. Very pleasant stay!!! Everyone at front desk we encountered was fantastic!!!

Good one night stay half way point for our trip

The walls are too thin. You can hear every door slam and every kid running down the hallways at all hours of the night. Have to agree to terms & conditions of Hilton Rewards Club in order to use the "free" wifi.
