We were able to check in early because our room was ready and that was terrific. Antoinette was so helpful to us and helped to make our trip excellent. The accommodations were excellent. Our room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfy and our breakfasts were very good. N/A

It was really clean, the continental breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel in a long time. It was a little expensive for one night, we paid $250 for two beds and a pull-out couch. It was definitely on the high end of our budget but we wouldn't have been able to afford to stay longer.

Everything about this place is top notch I gave it overall Not everyone like to eat pork. They could be an option for any meat made with beef sausage chicken sausage and turkey bacon

The room, the view, the pool, and the staff were perfect. Will be staying there when I come back to Maryland to visit family.

Very kind, attentive, and helpful staff; extremely clean; no dirt, even in corners that often get ignored; well-equipped, large fitness center; comfortable beds; TV selection that has real choice; 10 minutes from Harper's Ferry, 10 minutes from Antietem, 50 minutes from Gettysburg; nice, clean, heated pool; area near the hotel is park-luke Everything is electric-- even the coffee dispensers.

The staff was exceptional. Each person was anxious to attend to any question or request that we had. We were especially thankful for the concern that Antoinette Hart showed during our check-in and familiarization with the room and the modern conveniences. We have a particular concern for the walk-in shower. The fact that there was no "lip" on the outer edge to hold the water in caused a fair amount of water to "escape" onto the bathroom floor. Also, we would recommend that a rubber mat be available for the shower floor to prevent slippage by guests.

It was a great location, close to family and friends!

The property was well maintained but our room was never cleaned.Left at 9am and returned at 9pm and nothing was done. They claimed they had problems but we paid $200 a night and they didn't even replace the towels. The price should really be reduced for our inconvenience.I had to ask for fresh towels and I did get that.
