The ladies at the diner where super friendly and helpful at check-in. The room was clean. The bath towels were pleasantly soft! The diner is 24/7, which is perfect to grab a bite to eat at anytime. Breakfast was good! Good location and a good price.

We tried to sign up using booking.com. The date was wrong we tried repeatedly to change it, but always received a message from the hotel that no one could talk with us and we would get a call back. Never received that call.

The room was small but comfortable. The bed was too soft, but that's just me. I prefer a much firmer than average mattress. Having the diner right on site was great. The service was awesome & the breakfast delicious. I'd have no problem staying here again, or even just coming to eat.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in was hard to find, not in the hotel but next door in a diner. When I checked in they tried to add a surcharge for pets which was included when I booked and paid. The diner was not open the next morning for breakfast.

The BED was tiny and the room temp was cold. I love this little hotel because it is pet-friendly and provides a nearby accommodation to our favorite spots like Harpers Ferry and Bear Chase, BUT...the bed could not possibly be an actual QUEEN size bed.
