Found roaches and some kinda parasitic bugs in our bath tub we tried switching rooms for them to be able to clean and what not but got told we was banned for what reason???

Woke up to roaches and bugs in our bath tub and then got kicked out and banned from the place. Would not recommend.

The woman at the desk on checkin was rude, condescending, cold and was not a people person that I would ever want to deal with… I asked her name and she told me it was Anna … talked to someone at the property and was told her name was Juana … I’m a paying customer and deserved a bit of respect … will never stay there again

I just checked into this motel five minutes ago and barely stepped foot inside my room when a complete stranger tried to force their way in. My door was fully locked, yet this person banged and pulled the door violently in an attempt to break in. The whole incident happened extremely fast with immense force. This place is completely unsafe. I cannot fathom how an outsider could access and target my room without a room key. I was severely traumatized and frightened by this terrifying experience, and I refuse to stay here another minute. Shockingly, the motel is refusing to offer any form of refund despite this dangerous security breach. I am utterly, extremely disappointed with this motel. This has been an absolutely terrible, unacceptable stay.
