Breakfast was very good.
-
Staff was very kind.

Parking was great. And accessible to Bryce Canyon shuttle was great. Breakfast was good too

The lobby does not open until 4pm, so you cannot check in early. The room was very clean and comfortable. They provide a continental breakfast, but we didn’t go because we wanted hot food. The whole town seems to be owned by “Ruby”. The food at the local restaurant was subpar. We ended up eating in Bryce Canyon’s lodge because it was better quality food. The hotel is very close to Bryce Canyon National Park, which is very convenient.

Although there are lots of parking spaces we are parked too far from our room and there are rarely parking slots for handicapped people by the lodge.

Our room was clean! Staff friendly

You get what you pay for here; the price is low, and it’s decent for a tourist city. There are quite a few mosquitoes, but breakfast is included, which is great.

The room was clean. The breakfast was very good. When we checked in there was only one agent as another was on a break. There was a long line (maybe 8 people) ahead of us. It took 20-30 minutes. The toilet barely flushed. The tank hardware was completely corroded.

They were generous with the breakfast that they served🙂

Lots of fun things around. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, nice breakfast, cute town.

Room is fairly clean. Location is super convenient. Breakfast is good.

Safe and clean. Beds were good. The included continental breakfast was pretty good. If you are looking for inexpensive, but nice lodging, this is it.

We stayed two nights. The property is dated, but it was still clean and comfortable. It was very convenient to transportation into Bryce Canyon. Breakfast was okay, but not what was pictured in the photos. It was very walkable to other dining options and amenities. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Great rooms
-
Great location close to park. Room could use some TLC water pipes from next room made knocking noise and bathroom floor was squeaky.
-
perfect location, just outside the National park.

The breakfast was at a nearby restaurant. It was just ok, but the attendants were nice.
-
Perfect for one night stay. The breakfast was good.

Only negative comment is that I am surprised by the amount of outdoor lighting on the buildings. The dark skies in the park were incredible. I would think that this long time establishment would be more aligned with the park’s dark sky initiative.
