Good people doing an honest job. Wish more were doing the same.

Very nice! Pool was in great shape and warm enough to swim. Very close to Bryce Canon NP.

Just a little tired but a unique location and an excellent effort by staff to make it pleasant for travellers

Very rude.

Convenience
-
While the property was dated, it was a great budget friendly place to stay for 2 nights. Great location. Would stay here again
-
Our little cabin was not clean. Bed was awfully soft and uncomfortable! Sheets were very old & pillows stunk! I would sleep in my car before staying there again!

Very Good

We stayed in the cabins, and while they looked a bit rundown on the outside, they were wonderful inside. The restaurant on site was similar; not the newest property, but the food was wonderful. Breakfast was fairly standard with bread, options, waffles, eggs, and sausage, but it was all very much appreciated before a day at the park. We didn’t make use of the pool, but others appeared to enjoy it. We would absolutely stay here again.

This place is so run down, it was fine because we only stayed one night but the kicker is we had to pay an $11 resort fee. This is not a resort, it had a run down pool that's it. The room we stayed in had a swollen door that you had to really budge open, only three pillows on the queen size bed for two people. Everything in the room looked like it needed to be thrown out. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot (but the shower curtain didn't stay in place because of the vent blowing it and the water made a huge puddle right outside of the shower).

Very friendly staff, property is older but they are fixing it up quickly. So close to Bryce Canyon. Enjoyed restaurant and laundry facilities

Las camas están viejas y muy incómodas, el staff fue amable, el desayuno bien

The room is big and it offers free breakfast too

The stay gave us what we needed, but if you’re used to a Hilton or higher caliber hotel this is a different more “rustic” experience. The beds were comfortable, they have a mini fridge and coffee and even the pool felt good in the afternoon when it go hot. We stayed on the second floor (no elevator) but quieter and nice sunset view. They have a Roku tv you can login to and watch tv and bed outlets. Shower was loud/pressure noise the whole time and they provide soap and shampoo but just the basics. Since it’s super dry climate, I would recommend bringing lotion, they did not have any like the other Utah hotels I’ve stayed at. Drank water from the tap and that was fine, ate breakfast at cowboy ranch and was sufficient; waffles, toast, coffee, juice, cereal, eggs and sausage, and fruit is oranges and apples(same everyday). We stayed 3 nights and slept well and staff was very nice. Room a/c worked well. I bought a hoodie from the office gift shop and wore hiking and love it. The location is pretty centrally located also which is convenient. Not boujie but basics and sufficient and did us well.

Absolutely a beautiful and an inexpensive resort for the area. I throughly enjoyed my stay there and would highly recommend it. I wish I had stayed another day/night. It’s so close to everything and only a little over an hour away from Zion NP.
