Our stay was great. Staff was helpful and courteous, plenty of items available in the general store, everything was very clean and the room was well stocked. The only complaint was that there's no fish in the lake -lol

Everything was ideal. Delicious restaurant

Ruby's Inn is a monopoly in Bryce. The accommodations were basic but the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the concierge was helpful. The breakfast was all inclusive. Appreciated the pool and hot tub after a day of hiking. A bar would have been welcome.

We arrived in the afternoon and thought we would have something to eat, the food was poor, in my opinion if you can’t cook fries, and serve them burnt, then being a chef probably isn’t the job for you, the rest of the meal wasn’t much better and left more than half on the plates. Next came the first room we were given when checking in, the stench was unbearable, it smelt like they had just given the room a deep clean with strong bleach and was really damp and humid, went back and to change the room, and was met with a unapologetic response and blank expression, we were given another room by the indoor pool which was loud until it closed. To top things off we went into the shop that was on the property to grab a couple of essentials, only both to cut our arms on some really sharp metal on the stands. Overall a poor experience, which is a real shame because the national park is fantastic.

Food was great at the restaurant. Convenient location.

This is an older hotel complex with 2 story buildings adjacent to the main building. The rooms are a bit dated. The bathroom door would stick. Had to give it a big push for it to close. It has a restaurant, grocery store and gift shop in the main building. There is a gas station across the street. The BCNP is very close. It was a good stay overall

Such a beautiful place. Food was FANTASTIC. Loved everything about it. Eat at the restaurant. The pool was great. Loved the hot tub. So much fun. Enjoyed it a lot.
-
Clean room and the free hot breakfast was great! Good location and close to the park entrance.
-
The buffet breakfast was good , very nice pool inside and out .
-
The place was very busy. We were given a second floor room with no elevator and had to carry all our bags up the stairs. Walter’s and waitresses were nice but the other workers in the gift shop and grocery were rude and looked miserable at their jobs.
-
the mein hotel/lobby area is nice; the motel rooms are a bit older; nice pool; PERFECT location right by front gates of Bryce.
