+1 for having at least a few options beyond one king or two queens in a 300 sq ft box with a toilet. Sigh. I almost bought the mug, but realized there wasn't really a reason to. Staff at the hotel is pleasant and competent. Staff at the other Ruby's Inn mega corp businesses surrounding are, shall we say, not terribly happy to be there. Or they don't like ice cream. Breakfast is a significant step above typical MBA-optimized pablum, but only one step.

Decent room but a little outdated. The breakfast was terrible even for a hotel. The location is fantastic as it is very close to the Bryce Canyon entrance.

The staff here were all so helpful and friendly. Everything was well kept and so cute and on theme! Such a great experience including a very nice buffet breakfast for a great price! I was wary but highly recommend and it could get more convenient to Bryce!

Great place to stay. We had the Lakeview side of the lake and it was beautiful at sunset.

The rooms are a bit worn, but they are clean and comfortable. The breakfast has plenty of options and for other meals there are several locally run restaurants in the area. There is a general store, a fun "old town" area, a laundromat, and plenty of activities. The swimming pool was perfect for the kids, but be warned, if you are not swimming, the chemicals in the air are very strong! Overall, we had a great time and we will be back!

This is a great place for families or any type of crowd rather. Nice location, good shops, clean and big rooms, nice hot breakfast, perfect for Bryce visit 👌

I rented 2 family suites. The rooms are outdated, but we only slept in them so it didn't matter much. Anything that you needed was on site in the General Store. The breakfast buffet was great. We ate twice at the restaurant and 1 time at the diner. The coffee shop on site was great as well. Housekeeping was attentive and very friendly.
