Very nice, good fitness room, would stay again.

Worst experience at a front desk in my 30 years traveling. All the staff know the problem agent and apologize before even asking what happened. So bad. Also charged double the going room rate. Don’t recommend.

The property was not well maintained, there were many insects in my room, I needed to switch. The staff was helpful, but not at all friendly.

Note that there are two different Best Western Plus hotels in this tiny town, confusing, the other one is "Ruby's", which is somewhat noteable for their history, so if you meant that one it is not this one. For me did not care.

Only stayed one night. Room was clean and ok. Breakfast was very expansive, lots of choices. Close to Bryce Canyon.
