It was raining at Bryce when we arrived and we could not even start the check in process. The staff overall throughout our stay was completely useless and dismissive. Don’t bother trying to check in before 4p. They let you know you’re a nuisance

Great property, hot tub was full of elderly guests so we could not use it. Line for breakfast at 6:30AM with 50 seniors already in line little chaotic, breakfast was just mid...don't eat much.

So basically, I have never left a review on anything, but I had to say that a bunch for a work trip I was on and basically only foreigners is it there so they leave early the next day to go and sightsee anyone else who’s left there all the maids use no stop for the door and the door is being over and over and over and over and I said they’re about seven times so keep that in mind, my friends

Best option in Bryce City that isn’t as hokey as the Ruby Inn chain. Provides indoor room entrances versus outdoor. Eat outside of Bryce Canyon City if you want decent food.

Great stay. Quick check-in and polite staff. Stayed in a king room which was plenty big and room/furniture up-to-date. Breakfast had a variety of options and taste was acceptable. This location is 5min or less from Bryce Canyon. My expectations were not high when I booked the room but after arriving I was pleasantly surprised! Would recommend this location to others visiting Bryce Canyon.

The lobby and dining area are spacious and nice. The room was a bit dark and dated but it was clean and there was nothing wrong with it. We could hear the guests next door and their TV very clearly so it wasn’t very quiet and restful. It was convenient to Bryce Canyon. There are not a lot of hotel options near Bryce Canyon and this was probably the best one. I might try glamping for our next visit vs. staying in one of the Tropic hotel options.

A very well maintained hotel. Cute pool to use after hiking. Lots of parking. A 5 minute walk across to Ruby’s Steakhouse. The included breakfast was much better than the Prestige club breakfast at the Palazzo!

The real shortcomings were the towels, they were like drying off with carpet. They were so past their useful life....and with the premium price we paid for the room, I just scratch my head. Nice towels are not that expensive, but it's what everyone remembers, besides the shower pressure. I would avoid the premium price, at least for this property.

We had a very nice stay, we enjoyed the outdoor pool and the location close to Bryce Canyon. We also very much enjoyed the morning breakfast. However, the only downside was that the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

There is no restaurant or bar at this hotel. Had we realized it, we would not have stayed. This was obvious in the hotel description but I missed it. The hotel itself was lovely but after a long day of driving, we did not want to go elsewhere for supper.
