The beds were comfortable The Wi-Fi wasn’t working the whole time I was there kept telling me that the IT person was there working on it the elevator took forever to go up and to go down it really needs to get fixed

It's a nice Hotel, just the breakfast is not to good.

The elevator is VERY slow. If you can, do the stairs. The room was fine, I would probably pay a little extra to stay closer to where we were going, but our budget got us here.

This hotel is the worst I’ve ever experienced. The roof was leaking, and the first-floor toilets were overflowing with sewage. The pool outside was green and filled with algae. The carpet on the second floor was wet, and we couldn’t tell if it was sewage or water. Every room on the hotel’s back side, closest to the pool, had a musty mold smell. The roof was also leaking on the fourth floor. We tried to get a refund from the staff, but she was completely unhelpful. Don’t even think about staying here. Every customer we spoke to had the same negative experience. Apparently, they’ve been under construction for months and are still facing new issues.

Nothing Everything. Couldn’t use the pool. It smell like different type of chemicals mix with different smells. We didn’t stay at the property because it would had cause my husband to have a a Asthma attack

As I arrived there was a blind on one of the rooms had moldy rusty water damage, I entered the facility all you could smell was a musty mold smell. The elevator walls and floors were dirty and scuffed. Get upstairs and looks like the floors hadn’t been vacuumed in a week or so. Got into the room to see its condition and found hair and pink mold in the shower. The wonky ceiling fan had the open ceiling exposed around it. The floors and counters were Les than clean. I asked for a refund and they put right refused. I paid $200 to a facility with multiple health violations that I didn’t even stay at. This facility is a franchise who doesn’t care about their customers or their safety.

Check in was quick and easy. Unfortunately that was the best of my stay. Ants in the room. Hair in bathroom at check in and dirty bathroom. Hair in breakfast. Pool out of order. Wouldn't stay here again.

Pictures and room were not what we booked or expected

The hot water Our stay was very disappointing. There was hair in both beds, and one bed even had a footprint on the sheets, making it seem like they had not been properly cleaned. The floors were dirty, the air conditioning barely worked, and the TV in the living room never worked, so my children couldn’t use it. The elevator was dirty and did not operate properly. Staff were mopping without placing wet floor signs, creating a safety hazard. We were also given the wrong customer service phone number, and the front desk employee was rude and unhelpful. At checkout, we waited over 15 minutes just to print receipts, and then we were told we couldn’t receive one because we booked through Booking.com, which was very frustrating.

I could not believe how badly maintained this hotel is. Cleaning crew is doing a lousy job. Surfaces were not wiped down. Hair on the nightstand. Cobwebs and dead roaches under the AC unit andAC unit was so stinky and moldy that I had to turn it off. Toilet seat was loose/broken. I reported all this to the "manager" who did not offer any recourse and reminded because I booked on a third party site he could not return any of my money. I was very put off that he did not even try to offer me another room or anything and he just checked me out. Only half a night of a three night stay. I was so sleep deprived. I then turned to the breakfast area and was appalled at how filthy it was. It looked like a pack of wild raccoons had run through there. And I witnessed 2 crew members just gossiping in a corner. Not wiping down, not attending to the food. I just exited after that. Didn't even eat. This hotel is a disgrace to the family of IHG hotels. I will also copy this and send to IHG.

Oh wow out of alot of hotels that I travel to.This one is fgs best.It could b a 5star.The clerk Bryan was excellent even they r people friendly.I will always stay here on my visits

I booked a suite and upon check in they tried to put me in a room that was not a suite, and also a room that was not ready. Then I got put into another room which was still not a suite. The third room was finally a suite but the AC unit leaked so much that I had to put into yet another room. All the rooms were not clean. One room had blankets from a previous guest. Floor did not appear vacuumed or swept at all. The pool was dirty. I asked for assistance using their pancake machine and was simply told it was working. Worst customer service ever.
