Reception was very professional, room was very clean, just about the breakfast no waffles provided.

My room floor was dirty. There were what appeared to be blood stains on the floor next to the bed. Besides the floor, everything else was cleaned

Rooms blinds were held up by tape and would not stay up, room was dirty. Morning staff was awful, after noon staff was good. There was not a breakfast nor did they make any after we asked

No free breakfast like advertised. Fan in rooms about to fall down when its on. Very dirty for a holiday inn. Very disappointing stay. Elevator slow and didn’t work the greatest. Poor lady got her arm stuck in it holding it open while putting her luggage in it and the sensor didnt go off. Lucky she got it out some how but was in pain

Location When we checked in the air conditioner did not work in our room. We had to be switched rooms. When we went into the next room and in our other room, the fan made a rattling noise. Elevator was super slow and took five minutes to go up or down each time. There was no phone to call the front desk in the rooms. One of the reasons why we booked a hotel was that breakfast was included. During our stay, there was no breakfast. The first day was because I guess complaining that the milk was spoiled and the rest of the stay they said that there was construction. One night we came back to the hotel around 10pm and the front door was broken and did not allow us to enter. It was 6 inches open. I had to walk to the back of the hotel with my handicap mother to enter. It was a very unpleasant stay, the bed springs were also very loud when u got up or when u entered the bed or tossed and turned at night.

The beds were comfortable The Wi-Fi wasn’t working the whole time I was there kept telling me that the IT person was there working on it the elevator took forever to go up and to go down it really needs to get fixed

The elevator is VERY slow. If you can, do the stairs. The room was fine, I would probably pay a little extra to stay closer to where we were going, but our budget got us here.
