The personal was great. The carpet in the rooms needs to be replaced. They are extremely dirty! The bathroom door didn’t close.

We’ve stayed at this Hampton many times and it’s always a pleasant stay with clean comfortable rooms, good rates and a good breakfast……will be staying again in the future!

Stayed in a first floor accessible room. Some of the trim was worn, almost like a small dog got bored and had some fun. Room in general in need of a refresh sooner than later. Will stay again as the breakfast is one of the better ones in the area

The entire stay was great except for one major issue. Check out is 11, at around 845-9am the cleaning lady knocked on and open our door at the same time while saying housekeeping. 5 seconds before I was standing near the door naked having just get out of the shower. Our dog got out of the room and she scared my wife. Our DND sign was on the floor when we looked afterwards. That lady then knocked on and open our neighbors door waking them up. Either wait till after 11 or ask the desk who has checked out at that time.

The door to our room would not lock. We were given another room and unfortunately, that door also would not lock. We kept the room as they had no others. The employee was very nice and gave us enough points for a free nights stay at another time for our inconvenience.

It was ok not the cleanest, it’s definitely going down hill.

Rooms are outdated and needs updating.

Good location and staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean, pillows were ok but not the greatest. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the coffee, but no de-caf option for my wife. She brought her own and made it in room. Nice location, but could use some maintenance, especially in dining area that has visible loose panels and wood trim damage. Overall we enjoyed it and will stay there on next visit.

I’ve seen this property at least a dozen times in the last couple years it’s not being maintained very well it seems to be being ignored by the owners. One thing I will say for breakfast is always good girls were down.

Perfect location and the indoor pool was a great add for my granddaughter. Location was perfect for anything you needed or wanting to do. Breakfast was good. Will definitely be staying there again.

Great hotel, but pool water was freezing. Wish it was warmer or a hot tub available, but I appreciate it was indoors.

Hotel was clean, smelled clean. Room was great. We got the family suite. A lot of room, we got this hotel specifically for the indoor pool but to was too cold to enjoy at any time of the day. Not temperature controlled. We had other activities planned in the area but a let down on the hotel side. Breakfast was good, basic things and not a bad selection. Time was reasonable.

The room was okay. Seems like it had a musky smell, and the carpet may have been wet. Stay was fabulous!

Have always felt Hampton Inns were a safe choice. This one is definitely showing its age. The original room we were assigned smelled so musty that we turned around and went back to check in asking for a different room. The second wasn’t much better. The next morning a roach crawled out of a crack in the shower tile during my shower. Luggage smelled moldy for days after the stay. Place is in desperate need of a renovation.
