Property is clean, but won’t help you will not clean rooms when ask there’s no breakfast barely The breakfast is made there’s eggs and waffle and cereal. Don’t expect much they do allow dogs in their hotel although they say they don’t. The owner is rude and racist so be careful what he might call you

Room was better than expected. Large room and bed was comfortable. Coffee table was painful on the shins and remote for tv wasn’t programmed for use. Other than that was fine.

It was so clean and the staff was very friendly.

I was very very disappointed they list it was remodeled in 2023 i dont tbink so my had light fixture not done, wall all messed up the bathroom was disggusting no counter space at all. We asked for towels we were told they were out. We had 2 towels for 3 nights. I visit Buda every 3 months I will not be returning to this Establishment. My room, bathroom, smell in halls and lobby was horrible. Like rotten or wet carpet. This was bad and I am not one to complain but this was bad.

I've visited Buda somewhat frequently in the past 5 years as my daughter and her family live nearby in Austin. As such I have stayed at most of the facilities in the neighborhood of Cabella's and in fact I have visited Microtel twice. What is unique about is Microtel is the price, (low). Also of note, with the exception of a decent breakfast, a fairly Spartan level of amenities. Personally I don't mind paying more for a higher level, a little more and a little higher, but Microtel offers the basics at the lowest rate which is well suited to out of town tradesmen and others on business.

The air conditioner did not work

Property was welcoming and good location for my wedding reception. Some of our wedding party had issues with their rooms not having AC and roaches. When management was told we felt we were blown off.. my entire wedding party booked here.

Price and location were good. Glad there's an elevator to get to higher floors. Water pressure and temperature was very good. AC worked very well! Bed was comfy, but only a top sheet was provided, could've used a light blanket due to the AC working so well! TV and remote were apparently having an argument and weren't communicating with each other, so no TV viewing!!! No closet, to hang clothes - just small knobs on the wall Very little counter space in bathroom and no hooks for hanging bathrobe, toiletry bag, towels... Hotel listed breakfast provided until 9am, but food was wiped out by 8:30am and no effort was made to restock

No soap or kleenex in room. Breakfast is limited.

Location was perfect for my needs. The building has a nice exterior and the interior is fair. There was an ongoing theme for 5 days that I am aware of where towels were not always available. The staff took out towels but did not replenish. I went to the front desk and they told me there was nothing they could do. To make things worse, my room had fleas. Thankfully we were offered a different room, but the hassle is f having to my all three of our belongings at 10pm wasn’t fun. Breakfast was bland as could be, but the staff refused to replenish any of the food. No discounted stay for the aggravations (I had to go buy my own towels so I could shower). I was offered a discount on the next stay but I refuse to ever stay at another Wyndham property. There are too many competitors to settle for such issues.

The bathroom tub was slippery. I slipped and fell inside the tub. Very dangerous.

faucet did not work..ac took forever to cool down had no soap,or toilet paper
