Reikart House, Buffalo, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

We were only here for one night but had a great stay!

The suite was spacious, elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. We especially appreciated the separate bedroom and sitting area, along with the minibar and all the special details prepared for our arrival. Tina’s kindness and attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued. This was far more than a room upgrade—it was a beautiful experience and a memory we’ll cherish. Thank you, Tina and the entire Reikart House team, for making our anniversary so special. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily return!

We had a wonderful experience at the REIKART House. After arriving late from the airport, we discovered that the room I had reserved months in advance had somehow already been given away. While it was certainly unexpected after a long day of travel, the staff handled the situation with genuine kindness, professionalism, and empathy. They went above and beyond to quickly find a solution and made sure we were comfortable. Their warm, accommodating attitude completely turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a positive one. Excellent customer service is measured by how a team responds when something goes wrong, and the staff at the REIKART House exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciated their care and hospitality and would happily stay here again. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Great service and excellent quality of rooms

Very clean, and elevated. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not very good and over-priced.

Overall a good experience. Only downsides were stains on bed skirts and rugs. Decor is semi modern. Customer service was great. Will definitely stay again.

This is a very nice property, clean, pretty not your run of the mill hotel room and that is why we picked it. The only comment is not sure it is worth the $350/night with no amenities. But pretty and efficient, very comfortable.

I could hear the washroom beside the toilet flush their toilet and there was a sound of cooling system slipping at night from the hallway.

Close to home makes for a nice little get away without going far and was a very pleasant experience. There wasn't anything we did not like.

Superb, Excellent, Outstanding, Wonderful!!! If you are going to Amherst for anything stay here!!! Our daughter was a student at SUNY Buffalo for 6 years and just graduated, I’m sorry that this was the first time we stayed here!!! I saw a roll-in cot in the hallway so that is an option if you have three people. If you have the time, book it with the breakfast served 7-10AM, we had it both days-the best!!! You will save money this way I promise!!! Also, kudos to the hotel for a 12 noon checkout- you don’t feel rushed! We stayed two nights and would definitely only choose this hotel again!!!! The hotel is in a very good area between north and south UB campuses, Caniscius University and Daemen University.
