Hampton Inn by Hilton Burley

Room was good, clean and comfortable beds. Staff were helpful and very nice. But the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Only just a couple th8ngs available to eat. A lot of people choose a hotel for their free breakfast so on that theory I would not return.

Clean, well maintained room with comfortable beds and quality sheets and towels. Average continental breakfast including hot scrambled eggs.

This was a beautiful place to stay with an excellent restaurant next door.

Super friendly staff! Clean rooms and facilities. Great breakfast. We enjoyed hanging outside on the river bank.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were there for 3 nights and everyday our encounters with them were very positive. One morning I overheard a guest asking about breakfast. She arrived an hour after breakfast closed but an employee offered to take her back to the kitchen and fix something for her. Pretty great service!

The room had a strong wet dog odor. We switched rooms, but the smell returned as soon as we turned on the air conditioning, which made it seem like the issue was coming from the ventilation system. Nick Arter, the manager, was extremely accommodating and did everything he could to help, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was below average and could definitely be improved. On the positive side, the location is beautiful—right on the Snake River—with great views and a peaceful setting.

Good stay

A bit disappointed that even though a huge number of people in the hotel were there for a triathlon, they didn't open breakfast early enough to provide for us in spite of the fact that they have in years past. It felt like a money saver to me and others that were there (even though we were charged double the normal rate).

Property is located by the snack river. It has a river walk. Next door has a very beautiful restaurant along the river for dinner.

The staff was great. I loved the room. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was awesome. I would definitely stay there again. There was nothing not to like ! Everything was perfect! Thank you so much to the Burley Hampton Inn.

We come here every year to visit family. It’s is a great property with good staff and beautiful location.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The only problem I had was my room smelt like dog and dog urine. The walkway by the river was full of dog poop. The room its self was nice.

Beautiful hotel we have stayed at before and will continue to return to. Waking up to the bay view was the best but truly everything was perfect. Great breakfast with both light and dark roast coffee choices, comfortable beds, shiny clean bathroom, great amenities with some that are not offered by other chains. Gorgeous location and I recommend booking a bay view room.
