I have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past. As usual the stay this trip was as usual, excellent. Staff and facility are top notch. Always my choice when travelling through central Idaho.

On my recent trip, I stayed at three different super eight properties. I spent two different nights in Weatherford, Texas and one night in Burrillo, New Mexico and my final night in Heyburn. In my working career, I used to stay at the Heyburn property at least two nights every month. The Heyburn proper has not been updated to the same standards as the other properties yet they were the most expensive property that I stayed at. The one in New Mexico did a price match for what I had paid in Weatherford but the individual in Heyburn did not know how to do that as she was a new employee so it wasn’t her fault. It was Manny’s fault for not training her how to do It in the morning when I was checking out I spoke to the clerk at the counter who I believe been there for quite some time and he just told me that their employee turnover was way high and that most of them didn’t know how to find the proper discounts to give to people. I noticed in note that in the 10 years that I stayed at Wyndham properties and had a Wyndham‘s reward card at one time I never received anything in the way of a free night or upgrades from Wyndham, even though I still remain a loyal traveler where I have a choice I could stay at any motel. I wanted to somebody else’s pay in the bill, but I choose to stay at your properties. Please explain to me how I can get the kind of rate I think I deserve thank you very much.

Outstanding for the price! I appreciated the veterans only parking spot. The breakfast was good as well, even if a bit crowded.
