Best Western Plus Carousel Inn & Suites

The room was clean and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awful. There was no milk for cereal and no cream for coffee. There was no fruit. I wasn't expecting a huge breakfast but this was the worst I've seen.

Clean room, helpful staff, comfortable beds. They dropped the ball with the breakfast. Breakfast was not well stocked. One choice of cereal, no milk, no bread for toast, etc. Guests at the table next to us told us that coffee wasn’t even offered the day prior.

Nice, spacious clean room and very clean updated felling bathroom. Nice linens, towns and pillows. Very good value. Decent breakfast as well. Will stay here again when in town. Plenty of free parking out front. Close to food options.

Hotel was nice. No elevator at our time of stay. Room was nice snd clean. Bath room clean. The door was easy to open. Beds were comfortable

It was clean and the staff was friendly, however, the continental breakfast was lacking coffee as the machine was broken and there wasn’t many food options. The room was clean but the water pressure in the shower was terrible, similar to being sprinkled with water.

The beds were firm, which we like. Pillows were a bit flat or lumpy. Breakfast had a good variety. We had very good recommendation for a restaurant called Tequilas. Great food recommended by Noah

The staff was amazing. The rooms not so much. The first room they had us in the toilet didn’t flush, the second room looked like a crime had been committed. There were stains all over the curtains and on the mattresses. The sheets were so thin you could see through them as was the towels. The bathroom sink leaked so we had to keep a towel wrapped around the faucets.

The room was clean and everything worked! Loved the shower! Breakfast was not great and food was not kept refilled, but the space was very roomy and comfortable seating.

Its a very clean , updated property. Room was clean, updated nicely . Shower did not have much water pressure and tub drained very slow. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.

There was a pervading and underlying damp smell in the room. The carpets in the corridors were extremely dirty; I could not even see out of the bedroom window it was so stained.

Our room was clean as well as the pool! Breakfast was decent, and parking was super easy. Staff were friendly and helpful!

The HVAC system was not working in main lobby, got to my room #209 and the AC was ALSO not working in room, called front desk 2X rang no answer, finally fell asleep in a hot room. It was pretty miserable. Checked out, told same female clerk I had tried to call and AC was out, she said she was sorry, offered nothing. Will not be back.

Everything was great! Check-In staff was extremely busy but she made sure she acknowledged every person multiple times so we knew she was trying her best! (Wish I would have gotten her name) My room was comfortable and very clean! Will definitely stay here again!

15 days after my stay I see another large charge on my credit card. Room was charged day of my stay. I called the hotel to inquire. They told me it was because I smoked in the room. Actually, no I did not. I am a mormon from Utah and do not smoke. My daughter and I were driving across the country to move her to Atlanta. We stayed about 10 hours total - sleep, shower and breakfast. 15 days later they are getting around to charging my credit card for something I did not do? This seems like a scam to me and wonder how many others they have done this to.
