Comfy beds

El cuarto olía feo , cuando prendíamos el aire acondicionado

Convenient. Room was damp and dingy. The whole place could use a deep clean.
-
Not that I can think of
-
The sink was very slow to drain, shower didn’t work properly, breakfast was minimalistic , Beds were comfortable. Not worth the rate charged per night.
-
hotel check in was a mess wrong room wrong amount of days breakfast was terrible smelled and taste like dog food
-
Would not consider this a Best Western plus exterior condition, parking et. looks like never taken care of the rooms have defects that are obvious and the breakfast in the morning, not very good. Staff acts generally mad or unhappy. Most of them were not very helpful.

We only had a couple of negatives. We were on the same floor as a guest with a dog. Waking up at 2am to a dog barking and doors slamming was not good. We skipped breakfast as there were not a lot of choices. Otherwise the front desk lady was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable.
-
The room that we received was OK, but we had a very drunk individual a above us. I had to convince the front desk staff to move us to a different room instead of them dealing with the person.

Room was not very clean and smelled musty. The A/C was very loud every time it kicked on. Not a good night sleep after an 14 hour travel day. Overpriced. Did not stick around for breakfast. The staff was nice. Plenty of parking. I will not stay here again.

Great hotel. Clean and nice rooms. Staff was super friendly. No issues with pets.
-
Average hotel. Met minimum expectations. Front desk was not friendly or welcoming.

The initial check in was a joke. After waiting behind someone to check in the clerk answered the phone and told me it would be a minute. I said I just needed to check in. He stayed on his phone call but went to check me in and said that he couldn’t use my ID, even though my ID matches the card we always use to book our rooms, I had to go outside and get my wife who was with the kids and our dog and have her come inside to show her ID, this has never been an issue at any other stay we’ve had. We then got to our room and attempted to sync our devices to the WiFi and the connection was terrible, I then went to turn the tv on and there was no internet connection to the tv and the cable connection was only playing audio and no video, I went downstairs to the clerk and she said she would add it to the maintenance list. I asked if there was anyone that could look at it and she said no not until 9 a.m. I realize I could have switched to a new room but it wasn’t worth moving all of our things again. The next morning we went down for the breakfast and it was basically empty. The worker was not keeping up with the food. I booked a room at this hotel on other occasions and had no issues which is why I specifically booked this hotel again. It was a disappointing stay and not worth the $220 and $100 hold put on my card. The room smelled terrible. The one positive I will say is the clerk at check out was amazing, I wish she was the one that checked us in because she actually cared.

Clean and the bed was amazing! Pool was refreshing and the price was great. The lady at the front desk, Noah, was the absolute sweetest person I ever met in the hotel industry

Breakfast was excellent, room is a little old but comfortable

Very close to the interstate a nice place to stop, the pool was good and easy to get around For the price you pay, you would think there would be some decent amenities, starting with making sure all of the wheels on the cards that you have work. Well, they make wheels that never go flat easy fix. I would love to consult maintenance suggestions. You could see in the bathroom corner of the shower area, where there was a shelf that had broken off instead of taking a razor blade and scraping the remaining caulking off the wall, it was just left, the hose for the showerhead was separated, and you could see water flowing through the plastic hose and the metal edge exposed on the edge of the surrounding piece of metal that had separated is not safe, there was trash underneath our bed, overall the pillows are very, not comfortable, so needs new pillows need some simple maintenance updates. The room is kind of dingy for the price that you pay, I’m guessing this place sees a lot of turnover, but you could easily regiment in some type of cleaning steam cleaning or something to freshen that place Up.

Very accessible Nothing

Gross room! I wouldn’t stay here again.
-
Shower curtain hung too high in room 107. Missing hook on the back of the bathroom door.

The room was clean and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awful. There was no milk for cereal and no cream for coffee. There was no fruit. I wasn't expecting a huge breakfast but this was the worst I've seen.
