Burlington Stay Inn

the hotel is old and it shows. It was clean. Breakfast was weak mild coffee and bagged stale donuts. The fruit was 1 step before rotten.

The roads are very spacious and it is located right beside Arby’s and right across from the local grocery store and the owner is a very sweet lady. She helped me with everything I had needed. Thank you. I will be staying here for a few months while I am here on work and I must say my state has been great so far.

Motel was a little worn, could use some updates but very kind staff. Microwave and refrigerator in room.

I have never stayed at a hotel this bad. Shabby. Decades old. Rusty bathroom. Dirty towel left in bathroom from previous guest. Creepy. No elevator, no real luggage cart, no ice. Breakfast was a hostess cake behind the counter and an old cereal machine. The ratings were fake. See above

Not much at all Towels just bigger than wash cloths. The shower head is about 5 foot of the bottom of the tub. The bed was shit and the room hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. Crumbs and stuff under the cabinet for tv

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

The hotel is older. Bathroom fixtures old and stained. Sheet on bed was very thin. AC works, but would not in hot temps. I was disappointed for the amount we paid.

AC worked well. Clean room.

There was very poor lock on the entry doors and the place is just old and run down.

On the positive side, the quickly agreed to refund my charges without aguement and did so immediately. I booked the room and checked in, but when I got to the room it was so dirty I could not stay. There was dried blood on the bed skirts, dirt and hair on the edge of the mattresses, the tub was not clean, and the room had an overpowering smell of some kind of deodorizer.

I had no hot water a few times when I showered. The smell was horrible in the room and in the hall ways. Not a very clean place. My room was never ckea ed the whole n time I was there and I was given a trash bag for my trash for the week

There was NO breakfast as advertised! Shampoo and soap were OK? Towels were thin

This hotel needs full make over and start and put in some effort to make folks stay warm and welcoming Very old and out dated and the shower was dirty and the shower head was 3 feet off the ground it's perfect for a child the walls had spot all over them the towels where stained with dirt stains not sure what is going on there.

I was pleased to find that the room was very clean after my first impression walking in Generally shabby. Hallways Smelled like people were living and cooking in their rooms. Side entrance did not lock. Insufficient parking

Motel needs updates and new pictures.

I walked into the office, but before I walked in the office, I not only smelled, but I saw a bunch of spots where someone had urinated right against the front door of the hotel several times. There is absolute no security here. The hotel clerk as much as he’s doing his job. He’s not a five star hotel clerk. I’m sure he’s doing his best but it’s not five star or even a three star standard. It was difficult to book the room, even though I booked it through the app and to deal with him and have a conversation was very frustrating and I’d like to think I’m a very accommodating person. So whatever stay here again no way.

They overbooked their rooms. They tried putting someone else in my room. The room was not worth the amount paid for. The people checking me in were rude.
