The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is at the good location with easy parking. The hotel needs some serious updates, The rooms are very small with older carpet. The windows were shut, so there was no airflow.

The bed in room 200 was extremely uncomfortable. Felt like your head was down hill. Room had a cigarette smell.

I didn’t like that my room was not cleaned. I would of been fine with them not making the bed but clean tiles would of been nice.

The room was comfortable and they just upgraded their beds to queen and I had the best night sleeps on it. The most comfortable bed ever at a hotel that offers reasonable prices affordable to travelers

Location was good. Breakfast bars was very good and satisfying A little noisy. Neighbors were older folks who had to talk loud to communicate with each other and I heard everything.

Room was clean staff was very helpful breakfast was awesome as far as breakfast go for hotels. My only complaint were the soda and snack machines not owned by the hotel were not working

Most uncomfortable bed we have ever had ! Breakfast starts at 7 we got there at 7:10 food was cold soooo McDonald’s it was ….way over priced for what it was

It has been awhile since my family had stayed at this hotel when we came into town. It had definitely changed! We were put in a room between the lobby and the pool. The room was also across from the maintenance room where we heard a loud air pressure noise every 5 minutes! This, along with the consistent talking in the lobby overnight made it very difficult for us to sleep. Parts of the hotel are falling apart. They had no towels for the pool, so bring your own! No gluten-free options for breakfast so I was not able to eat much. Over all I give it a 3 out of 5.

There was no heads up of construction being done . Our hallway smelled awful . We barely could sleep from the smell . I don't complain often but we couldn't enjoy our stay . We got there night one with no power no one's fault but to come into that and have the front desk lady seemed irritated with us then the smell . I wish we would have stayed else where for the cost
