Ramada by Wyndham Butler/Tesla Biohealing Resort

The reservation was for a king handicapped accessible room. When I got to the room it was not a handicapped room. I called the front desk and asked for a handicapped room and was told there weren't any available. This was at 7:30 pm and there were very few cars in the parking lot (maybe 20). I don't for a minute believe they didn't have one. The manager made no attempt to make other arrangements, Because of the lack of safety bars and a step over tub I was unable to take a shower. Also the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way because the door needed cut off because it drags on the floor, wouldn't be hard for maintenance to take care of. One of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever been in. I would not recommend staying here!

Rooms was n ice, but it had mini blinds. There was a light outside the window and was difficult to get to sleep, would have much rather had blackout curtains like most hotels do.

Breakfast was basically microwaveable stuff or pre-packaged sugary products…

Everything was really nice. The room was very clean, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and informative. The massage chairs and pool were extremely relaxing and the free breakfast was good.

Nice pool, nice workout center...breakfast was your standard breakfast sandwiches and waffles but the standout were the breakfast corn dogs. Oh and the juice! It's canned instead of out of those awful machines. Huge upgrade. Overall very satisfied with my stay. Naomi and Mario were both very helpful and friendly and I appreciated that! Great staff!

I had reserved a 3 night stay. The first night the bed frame snapped in half, the second night was got back into our requested room, and then the third night the support slats in the bed frame had the screws rip through the cheap borderline cardboard particle board the bed frame was made out of. At which point I preferred making the 4 hour drive home over staying another night in the hotel.

Great place for a couple or family getaway! My boyfriend and I stayed in a jetted tub room and everything was amazing. The on-site restaurant and room service is fast and delicious, the indoor pool is heated and clean, the beds are super comfortable, and the jetted tub worked perfectly. It’s a peaceful and quiet resort with lots of privacy and free parking, for a reasonable price! The staff and front desk were kind and attentive, and the building is easy to navigate. They also offer massage chairs, a gym, furnished patios, a lounge bar, daily housekeeping, free breakfast, wellness energy beds, biophoton-infused pillows, and a large courtyard with a Gazebo! The amenities here are incredible, including a flat screen and free premium channels with high-speed wifi, plus air conditioning/heating! If you need somewhere to relax and regroup, this is the resort to go to! I’m definitely planning to come back sometime soon and really enjoyed my stay.

Beds comfortable, very clean and helpful staff

This place was a bit of a pleasure. The room was large with large windows to a back outdoor sitting area. It had a beautiful pool under roof, an actual gym with nice equipment. A complementary breakfast was provided, yet for the size of the hotel, it had a restaurant that served breakfast lunch and dinner. That is very unusual and made life very simple for us. It was kept clean, clean, clean! I might even classify this a hidden gem.

Little old, but very good for what I paid.

The hotel could use a good paint job. The breakfast could be better The rooms are nice.

The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable.I normally have a hard time sleeping in new places but I slept like a baby. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The breakfast wasn't bad I . I would recommend just going to the restaurant there. The food is amazing. I'm already planning another trip to stay there again.

Weird room set up

Strong smells in certain rooms (including the one that was first assigned) and some areas of hotel- so glad staff could reassign room. Restaurant close at 7pm and very little nearby except limited fast food.

Had a great time!

The bed had a fluffy top on the mattress, which made it hard to move. I was able to sleep well, but I was mostly out of the room doing things. Breakfast was minimal.

Nice clean pool, better gym than most gyms, comfortable beds. Staff was very accommodating when asked for a later checkout.
