The room was clean and very nice the pool was amazing and rhe jetted tub in our room worked well.

It was a nice place for a one night stay.

I could see throw the bottom of the curtains. The curtains need to be longer to cover the bottom of the windows too.

The building is old; bathroom door didn’t close all the way and front door wouldn’t close by itself. Water pressure was so-so. Staff was nice and accommodating. Continental breakfast was pretty good. No 24/7 hot coffee available which I found odd. In-room whirlpool was nice. Room was pretty far away from the front desk and dining room.

Clean room

Been redone, very sparsely but nice. You can tell it's been around the block but everything is on the up and up. Bio-healing pool was nice, warm, big. clean... devices all around the pool no longer in the pool as you see in a pic on the website.

I love this hotel. The rooms are always so clean and relaxing. The beds are always so comfortable, I always sleep like a baby at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and very professional. The food is amazing. The massage chairs and the pool is

(I used to live down the road) Good size swimming pool and a fantastic gym! Seriously I would get a membership if in the area! Didn't go to the restaurant

The staff was great. That was the only good thing about this place. I cannot speak to the amenities, because the hotel was so poorly maintained that I refused to even leave my room. The whole place smelled old and musty upon our arrival. There was a very strong odor in the entire building. My room was much worse, it smelled like an old, wet basement. I had a hard time falling asleep because of the smell. The furnishings are incredibly outdated and the whole room felt dirty. The floors were all laminate flooring and they had a gritty, dirty feeling to them. The bathroom was in major need of new flooring, it was dirty and water came out of the tub black when you turned it on. It had to run for a few seconds until it got clear. I could hear the TV in the next room. The walls and doors are thin. The whole hotel needs remodeled. It has been very poorly maintained. Then to top it all off, one of the biggest ugliest bugs I have ever seen ran out from under the dresser. I would have left if it had not been so late when we arrived. Never again would I stay here. This was the same as an old motel. It was the most awful experience.

BE WARNED: NOT A HOTEL. SOME SORT OF “BIO RECOVERY CENTER”. Aka local crime and drug hangout under the disguise of some experimental recovery using “biophotons”. I unfortunately booked my stay and didn’t find any of this out after I was checking in late at night due to a delayed flight. Please for your own health and safety book somewhere else, I would stay the night in a cardboard box before I came back here.

The reservation was for a king handicapped accessible room. When I got to the room it was not a handicapped room. I called the front desk and asked for a handicapped room and was told there weren't any available. This was at 7:30 pm and there were very few cars in the parking lot (maybe 20). I don't for a minute believe they didn't have one. The manager made no attempt to make other arrangements, Because of the lack of safety bars and a step over tub I was unable to take a shower. Also the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way because the door needed cut off because it drags on the floor, wouldn't be hard for maintenance to take care of. One of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever been in. I would not recommend staying here!

Rooms was n ice, but it had mini blinds. There was a light outside the window and was difficult to get to sleep, would have much rather had blackout curtains like most hotels do.

Breakfast was basically microwaveable stuff or pre-packaged sugary products…

Everything was really nice. The room was very clean, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and informative. The massage chairs and pool were extremely relaxing and the free breakfast was good.

Nice pool, nice workout center...breakfast was your standard breakfast sandwiches and waffles but the standout were the breakfast corn dogs. Oh and the juice! It's canned instead of out of those awful machines. Huge upgrade. Overall very satisfied with my stay. Naomi and Mario were both very helpful and friendly and I appreciated that! Great staff!

Fantastic fitness center. Full size pool. Very quiet. Helpful staff. Continental breakfast very poor.
