Great stay!! Good clean room!! Staff very helpful when mu daughter in law said the bed was too hard for her they gave us pillows and blankets to make it softer! It worked wonderfully!! Loved the breakfasts every morning we stayed 6 nights and love it! I grew up in Butler and co.e back often to visit family, I have stayed in just about every hotel in the area!! This place is truly the best !! Thank you to the staff! Nothing

You walk into the lobby, and it is CLEAN; the front desk staff are welcoming. The room layout was the best I have ever had. The bathroom was luxuriously huge. The room was spotless; the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and well stocked. Eggs, bacon, sausage, dry cereal, oatmeal, scones, muffins, waffles (the best ever). the pool area was clean and well stocked with towels. Honestly, I have absolutely no complaints at all.

Comfortable bed, quiet, large room and good breakfast. It was hard to find the location of the hotel. Very poor signage outside! Lighting in the room could be better.

THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN ALTHOUGH CARPETING DID HAVE A MUSTY SMELL. OVERALL, THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN INSIDE, BUT THE POOL WAS DIRTY. LOTS OF STUFF ON BOTTOM AND BOTTOM AND SIDES QUITE DIRTY, DEFINITELY NEEDS A GOOD MAINTENANCE CLEANING. THE STAFF WERE ALL DELIGHTFUL. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THIS PLAC A VERY GOOD RATING IF IT WERE NOT FOR THE POOL. ALSO, THEY CHARGED MY CARD AN EXTRA $43.20 FOR MY 2 DAYS OF PARKING I DIDN'T EVEN PARK IN THEIR GARAGE I WAS PARKING ON THE STREET. I THINK THIS SUCKS. BE AWARE ANYONE BOOKING ON EXPEDIA THIS HOTEL CHARGES YOU SEPERATELY FOR PARKING.

Our room was excellent and very nice for the price. The breakfast was very good with a good selection. The only negative is the part of town we were in did not always feel safe, especially when we came in after dark.

The staff was incredible. We had to check out before we were getting picked up to leave and they checked my bags at the desk so I could take care of things I needed in town before coming back. They were amazing and very accommodating to my situation and did everything within their power to assist me. The room was HUGE and very clean. Breakfast had a wide range of options that were all yummy. The room was a little warm when we arrived and it took a bit to get it cooled down but we were on the top floor on one of the hottest days of the year so I don't think that is typical.

Every staff member we spoke with was helpful and kind. Breakfast was a reliable hotel breakfast. Everything was very clean. And parking was conveniently located and easily accessible.
