Pool was closed entire stay 2 nights Toilet seat was loose Towel bar or shelf was missing Bathroom floor was grungy Asked for a discount for the pool being closed both days. Told that once Experian could do that.

Comfortable bedding. There was dark hair in the one shower, as well as on the faucet, there were bugs in the other rooms shower. The thermostat was broken in one of the rooms. The elevator was small in the doors were not functioning properly. The swimming pool was closed and I had two young grandsons with me that had hoped to swim. There were no managers on site.

Parking was easy but my room and my parents rooms smelled and were in bad condition. Parents room was supposed be handicap accessible and was not they did correct that but the room they received had no phone and phone jack was broken along with leaky shower. my room smelled bad and paint peeling off the wall

Room smelled like urine, had to change rooms three times due to poor cleaning. There are urine stains around toilet and across floor and shower was filthy. Parking was easy, staff was helpful and attentive. Breakfast was fine the one day it wasn’t out of food.

Nice place to stay…linens were all nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. If you like a more supportive pillow bring your own, but honestly I would stay here again. The water pressure in the shower was great…plenty of parking and there is a restaurant within walking distance…Rachel’s Roadhouse…food was so good!!

very accommodating

Upon checking in within the hour someone had broken the elevator button so no one could go up from the main floor. Luckily the front desk lady on duty saw me in the lobby and allowed me to change rooms from the 3rd floor to the first. Im on a walker so it worked out because the rm she put me in was a handicap rm. There's no ice machine on each floor. They dont cell hygiene supplies on-site. No vending machine for soda or snacks. Though they did sell a few snacks beside the front desk. Along a few open shelves you had to charge to your room. There were several channels not working on the tv's for instance the one streaming channel NETFLIX did not work. I did like the shower chair in my room and the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner offered in the shower. Though I was afraid yo use it people like to put stuff in things just to be the devil. There were no store for an emergency like t-shirts, hats, pampers, wipes, or sunscreen etc. I never figured out how to turn on the lights sconts on either side of the bed. Only one person at the front desk i worried about security for myself and the front desk person. What about leaving the desk to help people with luggage in or out with only one person. Decent amount of parking. No menus offered for food delivery. Its only a gas station and one restaurant close by. I would have ask for s discount but there was a line and I was ready to go.

Nice for a quick stay. Less than 2 miles from hospital. Clean room. But didn't get fresh towels the next day. Sign in bathroom said to leave on floor if you need fresh towels. I probably read it wrong. Breakfast was standard and decent. Staff at front desk was friendly and polite. I would stay again in October for wife next surgery.

Room is clean and spacious. The bathroom was was dirty. Had body hair in the shower. The caulking was red due to bacteria. The bed was loud and platform made noise every time you sit on it.

Ice machine was down and had appeared to be down for some time. Coffee at breakfast was very weak, it looked like iced tea!

Clean and easy. Good breakfast. Easy access to town routes.

Location Water pressure was low in the shower. Climate control erratic, can’t seem to get regulated right.

Nice location and spacious rooms The pool was recently closed due to safety regulations. Some staff were great but a manager I spoke to was condescending and rude. The breakfast was extremely small, only offering a few options and not inclusive to diverse diets. Generally clean, but our bathroom was not. Hair, that was not ours, in the shower, as well as built up residue.

The breakfast was better than most. Our room wasn't cleaned. The bed wasn't made and there was food in the fridge.

Breakfast was fine, the bed was horrible, felt like sleeping in a hammock,

The shower and the bathroom in general were mold free and clean. The breakfast was disappointing when we arrived at 830am (sunday morning) ALL the scrambled eggs were GONE and coffee was empty...we gave up and ate somewher else.. The parking lot.... someone had vomited near the trash can outside the hotel... it wasnt pleasant seeing that but people have upset stomachs so I am not placing blame. The beds were comfy and I would stay there again..

Close to where we had to be Phone in room did not work and we found that out because the TV did not work we down to front office she said she would send some up no one showed I went after 30 mins the lady who was supposed to fix it walked by and said hit the imput button told her did she was like I will be there she never showed she could cared less .plus the lady working the counter had her newborn baby in a stroller @ work ? We finally figured out the TV by ourselves the cable was not plugged in to the TV .Also very noisy cars gunfire police and homeless people everywhere.
