The staff was very helpful and friendly but still professional. The breakfast was good. The rooms were real clean and it was quiet even the night that it was real full. It was close to stores. Also there was a good neighborhood we could walk.

They give a great selection for the family experience. There is something for every age group. The staff is friendly and readily engaged in conversation to make it a wonderful atmosphere. The location is right in the middle of commerce where you don't even need a vehicle to meet your needs. The elevator door was in need of preventive maintenance. The elevator door needed some work from a technician, but they waited until it completely stopped working to call and have it repaired.

Walk in shower had a sturdy built in pull out chair and both a hand held shower nozzle and an overhead shower nozzle. Helpful and friendly staff and Kelly was outstanding. The welcome Picnic we planned was ruined due to cold and rain, and the conference room was made available for our use. Clean and quiet. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Nice hot breakfast serving omelets, breakfast meat,potatoes, waffle irons, 3 kinds of cereal, oatmeal, fruit, bagels, pastry, toast, juice, coffee tea and hot chocolate. Hot water and coffee available 24 hours. Walmart, Target and multiple restaurants located next to hotel. Recommend this hotel if you are in the area. 10 +stars
