Clean room, respectful staff, pool was awesome

Breakfast was good, parking and location was great. I made reservations online, but I had called earlier inquiring about their Jacuzzy ( wheatear hey had one and if it was working) They said yes on both counts. But when I got there the Jacuzzy did not work, din not even have any water. After a long drive I was hoping to relax in it for a while. I was very disappointed.

Staff was very accommodating, pleasant and helpful. Rooms are very clean. Offering a refrigerator and microwave in room. Location is perfectly close to highway and shopping. They offer excellent continental breakfast.

El cuarto al entrar tenia un pilot fuerte a sucio y la alberca en malas condiciones muy sucia y con lama antes me hospede en dos occupies y estaba mas mejor pero está vez tuve una mala experiences yo viaje de tan lejos para disfrutar del tiempo calido y disfrutar de la alberca pero me decepcione

The coffee was fine and it was available 24 hours. Hotel was conveniently located. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Room was big enough and nice enough. Air conditioning worked well. No parking lot security. Breakfast disappointing. Kind of expensive for the level of accommodations.

Location, it was clean No housekeeping. Staed there 2 days and room was not cleaned after 1st night. Told desk clerk, she replied we did not mention to them to clean and put clean towels or anything. So room was was not clean when we returned, plus key didn't work 2nd night. Door would not open so we had to speak to the desk clerk though room was paid for 2 nights when we initially arrived.

Clean room, basic necessities provided. I am not a continental breakfast type so we did not eat breakfast there. The only beef I had was the quality of mattress and pillows provided -could be better otherwise the room was satisfactory.

Glad to have instant oatmeal and some fruit available. Kind of lean offerings beyond the hot breakfast "buffet." The hot breakfast is -- for me -- disgusting. Powdered scrambled eggs, heavily coated/seasoned cubes of frozen potatoes heated up, and "sausage gravy" that looked like brown glue. BIG no from me. The coffee is truly terrible.
