The room was very confortable and very clean.parking was in front of room, air condioningworked very good. Staff was respected toward the guest, amicable.

Very helpful and friendly owners, they were kind enough to let us check in early. Room nice size, clean, air conditioning, large flat screen TV. Good hot water shower.

The linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is convenient if you need to cross the border. The room had roaches and the floor seemed a bit grimy. The motel building is due for remodeling or more than a few repairs. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors.

I am sorry to have to leave this comment but the motel is in precarious conditions and also has cockroaches should please pay attention to that and give it the proper maintenance, it is an old motel.

Location is walking distance to border. The sole employee was attentive and friendly. Small wall mounted tv…could barely see the screen. Table lamp and hangers would have been nice. Only one roll of TP. Outside light entered the bottom of the door.

Location was adequate and the prices were reasonable. Everything was satisfactory Everything was as expected. No surprises.

Everything was great, except the walls between rooms. We could hear the folks in the room next door all evening, and they weren't being loud...just normal conversation.

Additionally the hotel is less than a half mile from the city's main thoroughfare i.e. Imperial Boulevard and the International border. This hidden gem of a motel is also in a very quiet part of the city. I would recommend that the rooms have at least a small clothing drawer. My room did have a low modern table where I placed my folded clothes on.

The blanket is they smell dirty it was very small wasn’t what I expected didn’t have no HBO or anything. Everything was very awful. They have more than regular channels. Very awful. Don’t recommend it especially if you have kids.

Small but welcoming room. It was Thanksgiving and the owner’s family were home to celebrate, which was fun to see.
