We stayed here on our road trip to Chicago and it was an amazing place to rest from a longggg trip. Our room was tidy and the staff were helpful!

Room was great checking in the girl wasn't very pleasant at all. She was a little hateful when I ask questions. Breakfast was ok with what was there but most things like egg was empty. Girl in back but didn't seem to be doing anything to fill stuff.

Skeleton crew like most places. Like going to Dollar General, good luck if you need help. Not the staff's fault, management trying to maximize profits. Service is not a thing here, but it was clean for the most part.

The receptionist was not nice the pool has no towel,the walk way in the pool was dirty.

the room 105 was so dirty. i spilled a little water on the floor and i cleaned it up with a paper towel. it showed me how dirty the floor was. the mattress felt like it had an indentation from so many people sleeping on it. the bed cover had small faint pet paw prints that we did not have our dogs on the bed. under the toilet seat were pee stains and inside the bowl. i was trying to save money because i usually stay at Hampton Inn's while travelling but Booking.com reviews were that this place had a high rating. I was so grossed out I could hardly sleep. i would not recommend this dirty place. shower floor dirty too. the room was dirty. the ac was on 61 degrees when I walked in. not sure why it was turned down so low, maybe to hide the smell.
