Motel 6 Calhoun, GA

Bed linens were stained, towels were completely yellow with hair on them, walls and door frames covered in greasy black hand prints and grime. Two small bars of soap that were given 1) didn’t lather and 2) didn’t even last a full shower before disintegrating. There was a man sitting in the back of his box truck with the back door rolled up right outside our door for hours. Calhoun is a small, country town, but the desk manager had the front lobby locked down at 3pm (check in time) like it was the inner city and barely spoke through the acrylic window.

This place is a dump! The room wasn’t cleaned well or stocked well. The entire facility needs updating, or at least a good cleaning and/or repainting. The walls,and doors were filthy and in disrepair. The bedding was old and stained.

First room had two large greasy stains on the sheets, so moved to another room. Apparently they can only afford one pillowcase per room with two pillows uncovered for multiple people's germs to be imbedded. Location didn't feel safe. And there was no way that any party of my body was getting into that tub! Guess they haven't heard of bleach.They advertise breakfast, but they don't even let anyone into lobby. Only good thing was that IHOP was on the property

It was a decent price Sheets and towels were stained, bathroom sink was dirty and saw Cockroach outside my door!

only one bath towel for a room for two adults. dead bugs in the bathroom. no breakfast or even coffee in the lobby. and no coffee maker in the room. facility is run down and overall dirty inside and out. can do much better for the same money.

There was poop smeared on the wall the bathrooms were not clean at all. The cleaning lady cleaned the room next to us and just went in to make the bed and that was it we will never stay again.

Mold all in the bath tub. Bed bugs and mold on mattresses. Door didn’t lock without a hair clip to turn it. Manager / owner is EXTREMELY disrespectful. My kids and husband were almost attacked by a tenant there dog. EVERYTHING! And currently STILL fighting to get my money refunded. I left the motel 5 mins after arriving and contacted Booking for refund support. And I’m still waiting on refund.

Close to the interstate and friendly staff. Stairs in front of the room door so I had to walk further. I have a bad back and walking is difficult.

Proximity to Rome availability traveling late and needing to rest… looked forward to newer renovations-however pictures didn’t match present conditions. Seriously rough around the edges, including characters hanging out near office, office staff, and overall condition of the room- door frame,lock, floors dirty with foot prints, bathroom fixtures and door would barely stay closed. Walls were dingy in need of repair and cast a poor quality overall.

The price plus the free pet policy There wasn’t any toilet paper in the room. Also there was a dirty qtip on the floor in the bathroom.
