The pool was modest, but great for a cool down. The staff was very hospitable. I can't think of a single thing.

Excellent Stay! Clean, well lit. Friendly staff, hot breakfast! Felt very safe w my 2 girls and would stay again in a heartbeat. Outlets 3 min away !

I got to the hotel late at night only to be told that my pre-paid room was gone. I would get a refund in 7 to 10 days. When I asked what I was to do, I was told there are many other hotels in the area. Fairfield inn is full too. I was made to feel that this was my fault and my problem. Done with Marriott properties.

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Bed was so comfortable, staff was incredibly nice, room was super quiet. 10000% would stay again.

The pool area is really well maintained and clean. This is our third time staying here with kids and we love it. The fitness room is great with modern equipment. The parking is super convenient and the whole hotel feels clean, new and safe. My only advice: The coffee at the Towneplace chain is way too weak. They need to do a total revamp of their brewed coffee to a dark roast or just a more robust option. It’s like water. Not just this hotel, it’s the whole chain.

Tiffany was very professional and very funny. We only stayed one night but If we ever find our way back to Calhoun we are definitely going to stay here. 5 star. Good job.

When we got there the guy checking us in (mentioned regional manager, maybe? ) was PHENOMENAL. He was so kind, funny ( which I love and appreciate) and so accommodating. I can’t think of a single thing I would’ve changed.

He property is spotless, comfortable, all of the staff is helpful and friendly, the breakfast is great! I highly recommend this hotel whether it’s for a night or several nights! I’d have to say this is one of the BEST I’ve ever stayed at! There’s absolutely nothing to dislike!

Towels worn out and stained and comforter had stains. Really disappointing

The location was good. The room was spacious. The room wasn’t completely clean for us. The bathroom still has a couple wet washcloth and a pink razor. The bed sheet has couple of brown stain. The breakfast was mostly empty when we came down at 8 am. I think maybe because they have a game going in the area with ton of young high school kids there so the staffs couldn’t keep up with it.
