Convenient location When we got back after a long day at 10pm Saturday wanting a shower, we found that no room service had been done. I walk back down to front desk to ask for towels and wash rags but was greeted with attitude. Then the towels had holes and stains all over them. I was told that's all we got. I ended up going to Walmart and buying some because they were so bad.

I don’t know where to start, but there was mold all over the pictures, tons of water damage that was not fixed properly. The dresser was completely dirty and the drawers were broken. The fridge didn’t get cold enough. The ac was blowing mold or something because we laid down fine but we all woke stuffy and coughing. Once we left about an hour later we could breathe properly. The pool does not look like it does in photos. Also the elevator inspection is expired. And we were lucky it worked because it kept not wanting to. So we took the stairs after we saw it was expired, and then there was dog poop on stair hall. The lady refilling breakfast looked to have pink eye and gunk in her eyes.

Love the large TV and channel choices. Hotel is very old. Bathroom walls needed repairs. Great room for the price.

Overall, the experience was good. The bedside lamp shade was cracked and ragged. And there also appeared to be mold on the wall under the bathroom sink.

Nothing Pool was nasty and had bedbugs
-
I am sorry for the personal that works there but mangers and owners they need to do something about it.
-
I stepped on a dog turd in the room, the toilet didn’t flush, sink was falling apart and leaking, avoid at all cost, unless you want to be sleeping in dog fur and dog turds.

Staff was nice, but pictures on line weren't what was in person The pool was old and couldn't use it cause it wasn't clean. Breakfast was ok but not a good Continental Breakfast. Only like 3 people work there and owner dies breakfast and front desk. There was a mildew smell. Hopefully they do disinfect rooms Room was ok but with mildew smell. Not enough amenities. Needs tic better food and cleanliness.

Where do I start? Even the lobby was shabby. There was a chair with hand crocheted covers over the arms right by the check in desk. It was in bad condition. What has been going on in that lobby? The elevator was dirty (stainless steel was smeared and had not been cleaned) and the inspection was out of date. Yikes. The room: Broken furniture. Looked like there had been a MMA fight there at some point. Upholstered chair looked like it had been used as a scratching post by at least one cat. Bed was reasonably clean and did not stink, so that is one bright spot. But the bathtub/shower was dirty. Copious cobwebs hanging from window valance and various other places in the room. Bathroom door would not shut without lifting it on the jamb side. I would not let my kids walk on the carpet without their shoes on because of the hideous condition of the rest of the room. "Breakfast": Terrible. Mold on biscuits. All other bread items incredibly stale. No sausage as in other La Quinta hotels. We went to Dunkin. Before some person or bot replies from La Quinta and asks for me to contact the hotel management directly, please. That is your job. Don't insult me. This hotel needs to be completely gutted and reconstructed. After we saw the state of the lobby, hallways and room I told my son he'd not be allowed to swim in the pool. Who knows how that is maintained. Makes me shiver. Do better!

We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
-
Dangerous shower where tap moves by myself it's so loose and turned to scalding hot in an instant. No curtains to block out light. Pillows are flat as a pancake. Continental breakfast was sad. Hot foods were lukewarm and very few choices. Pool was dirty.
-
All good except bathroom linen's. Yellow stains and looked dirty. Was cautious to use any of them. They need to be undated badly.
-
Shower and faucet had no cold water. Scalding hot as soon as it was turned on. Making taking a shower impossible
-
Dirty beds dirty rooms had dog hair under the blankets they folded it in. Horrible

Everything was clean and well kept. At least 3 name restaurants within walking distance. Due to pet friendly we stay at LA Quinta and all are good this one was nice due to close restaurants
